This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has a partial view of Gulf, but it is lovingly furnished and decorated. However, I had to stow many of the sit abouts away in closets to free up room for us! No tissue, garbage bags or extra toilet paper. WiFi queasy. Will look for different view next time.

Perfect even in bad weather.

Our visit was during a rainy cold week but our vacations was still a success. We visited the Gulfarium and took the dolphin cruise and shopped and eat in and eat out. The accommodations were spectacular. Even if we never left the apartment I would have no complaints. Cozy, fun, perfect!

Just as great as could be expected from the pictures and explanation on the condo. Great place to stay for comfort and convenience . The owner's were very helpful and insight to the area really was A PLUS! Def try the restaurants that they recommend.Thanks to ED and Sharon for making our vacation all the better!

Nice decor, comfortable condo w/all amenities--great views of the bay and gulf! Watched Dolphins feeding every morning from deck. Longer walk to a nice beach but very do-able.

We had a wonderful time in Destin. The Condo was beautiful with great views of the Harbor and the Gulf. The king sized bed was exceptional. We will do it again in the fall.

Thank you for letting us use your condo! We had a great time, very relaxing even at the end of spring break! Went to Dewey Destin's, Harbor Dock, Maguires, and AJs, each for its specialty which were very special indeed... Went on a dolphin cruise, thank you Ed & Sharon!, took an Inshore fishing trip rather than deep sea, cooked gourmet fresh seafood at the well equiped condo, and laid by the pool,altogether a great stay. we will be back in the late fall I think. We have already recommended this condo to our friends.

Dear Edward and Sharon, Just wanted to touch base with you and let you know that we had a wonderful time in Destin. The weather was perfect and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and jeff got alot of good pictures. We watched the dolphins playing Saturday evening. We ate at Gilligans and really enjoyed it. The food was wonderful and the price is very reasonable. We also had lunch at Callahans and were very impressed. We will return soon.

Good Location, Great View

The property was as promised, the unfortunate part, that what we did not know was that there was a fair amount of upgrading of carpets, tiles, etc. in the building causing extraneous noise, dust, etc. I did very much like the property and location, however, we felt we should have been informed of the work going on before we arrived.

Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

Owner response: Hi Daniel, Our building is being totally upgraged to its original great standards, with all new tile, carpet, and wallpaper in the common areas. (Our condo was renovated in 2011.) We were not informed that the contractor would be working on your floor during the time of your stay, and regret very much any inconvenience that it caused you. What a delightful place, elegant yet cozy, open yet secluded. I'd say this place is the total package. That is if you are looking for a wonderful place with all your options open. There is fishing, boating, shopping, dining, or my personal favorite sitting back reading a book on the balcony overlooking the gulf. Loved it, loved it, loved it!

My husband and I just returned from a two-week stay at your condo. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment - very comfortable, the views from the balcony were outstanding. The owners were very, very friendly and easy to communicate with. Hope we can return for a longer stay sometime!

Oct 17th, myself, my brother in law, and my sister in law; all recently widowed; arrived at this wonderful condo. So beautiful, comfortable, and perfect in every way. The balcony is very long and has a curve so there is a different view from each end. One end has the view of the harbor and downtown Destin, (beautiful day or night), at the other the gulf and beach. What more can you ask for. Location maybe. Well, it has that also. It is perfectly located to down town destin and the many types of water activities available. Not to mention the many awesome restaurants nearby. My only disappointment was out stay was too short. Next time, and there will be a next time, will be for a long times. Go for it. You will love it.

We enjoyed this condo very much. It is extremely well situated. The view from the balcony is wonderful with sun all day. We saw dolphins and every type of watercraft you can imagine. Destin is a terrific spot to visit with all kinds of eating places and shopping.

Wonderful views, very clean, nicely decorated. Good location, close to shopping and restaurants. Reviews for restaurants were accurate. Dewey's Destin is very good! Donut Hole and McGuire's Pub are also fantastic. AJ's or Harry T's are great Happy Hour places (Watch the sunset).

Labor Day Weekend

Great location and beautiful place with everything you need. We stayed over Labor Day weekend and the weather was horrible but we still had a great time. We had a great balcony to watch the waves and feel the breeze and we played games and watched movies when it was raining. The kitchen came equipped with everything so you didn't need to worry about a thing! The kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool despite the bad weather. I'd stay again for sure!

Fireworks topped off our wonderful stay.

I can't imagine staying anywhere else if we ever are fortunate enough to return to Destin. Boy did we feel rich. The views, the accomodations, and everything that goes with a special get away was all there. I can not say enough about the location. We were right in the center of everything from food to shopping to sight seeing to fishing to beach combing to swimming to relaxing, etc. etc. etc. A great time was had by all. Thursday evening we watched fireworks from the beach below our condo sitting in lawn chairs and before the fireworks was an air show with vintage planes for free. Wow!!!

Beautifully decorated!! All the comforts of home!!

My husband and I were celebrating out 15th anniversary, and when we were looking for a place to stay of course I choose Destin. Every year we goyto Destin and deep sea fish and as we go out of the jetty I aways say how I want to stay in the condo on the end. Well this year my husband says just book it, it doesn't matter the price. Well when I began researching it was a pleasant surprise to fine this condo so beautiful and with a free night thrown in if we stayed 3. Plus it was very affordable. The condo is gorgeous!! Even more beautiful than the pictures make it out to be. The views from the balconys were just what was looking for. The beds so comforttable, just what yoou want on vacation As we strolled the beach the first evening we talked to a owner who was waqlking his dog and he let us know about the fireworks on Thursdays. He said they were only five minutes but good show. So we thought hey it is our anniversary so this is special. We settled in to watch the sunset and before the sunset there were some planes from nearby Elgin Air Force Base that put on a spontanious air show. Then wewatched the awesome sunset and aboout 30 minutes later we watched the fireworks. All this and we didn't have to drive anywhere. And of course we went deep sea fishing and it was great to get some pictures from the boat of the condo. The grounds were so clean and the pool beautiful and refreshing. Very secure and quiet. I will definetly be coming back next year. Can't hardly wait.

Great rental and owners very helpful when needed. Beds were comfy , amenities were good location and view were awesome!! Docked boat across street at marina and access to boating was a huge plus. ( Luxury rentals handles slip rental there ) Would rent again without hesitation !!!

We were not sure what to expect by visiting Destin in early January, but it was not bad weather at all. It was cool so no beach activity except walking on sand one day. And we did not sit on the balcony much but loved staying on it for short times looking at the harbor and gulf. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us -- it is fantastic. Great beds and extremely quiet at night made for a very relaxing vacation.

What a fabulous condo! We loved every moment - seeing the boats going and coming each day, dolphin watching, walking along the shoreline, sitting by the pool, enjoying the hot tub, watching beautiful sunsets and then the harbor lights ... The condo is perfectly located for gorgeous views of both the ocean and the harbor. It is elegantly decorated, yet has all the comforts of home. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. This has to be one of the most beautiful condos we have rented (and we rent several times a year in various locations). This one is absolutely beautiful - wonderful furnishings, beautiful decor, fantastic views, great location. Description most accurately reflects the location. Property was immaculate and others at same location were very pleasant and provided advice - like fireworks on Saturday night. We had a great time and wil definitely be back.

What a great trip and what a great condo!! The views are spectacular . . . you get two views for the price of one. This condo is uniquely situated to give you fantastic views of Destin Harbor and the East Pass. The condo is beautifully decorated and the kitchen and bathrooms have been re-modeled with granite counter tops and new appliances. The condo is wired throughout with sound system speakers so you can enjoy music in any or all of the rooms. The living area has a large flat screen HD TV which we enjoyed watching football games on during the evenings. Complimentary WiFi makes browsing for local entertainment and restaurants a breeze. All and all it was a great experience, a great condo and a fantastic property!!

This was a very nice condo and we enjoyed out stay there. The only thing I did not like was looking directly at the condo building next door. The end views of the water and boats was wonderful but would have rather had a full view without looking directly into the other condo units.

We just returned from spending a wonderful week at the condo with our 2 adult daughters. The accommodations were perfect! The condo is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you'll need. The view is the best!!! The balcony is large and overlooks both the gulf and the harbor. I look forward to returning to this property and highly recommend the location.

First of all, Edward and Sharon were an absolute joy to work with!! Sorry for the late review...it made me realize that I hadn't reviewed it when thinking of our next vacation plans. This trip was special for a lot of reasons but primarily being the first time our youngest 3 had been to the beach! The condo was absolutely amazing and the pictures did not do it justice. It was such a joy to have both views of the beach and the harbor to look at...my husband was staring at the fishing boats and I was enjoying the view of the beach and the smell of the ocean. Sharon really goes above and beyond with equipping the kitchen which I thoroughly enjoyed being that cooking is a great passion of mine. The children spent most of the time indoors in the second bedroom, claiming it "their room no adults allowed" especially with their own private sliding door to view the ocean. Most mornings I would wake up to the sound of the door as they would go out and try to spot a dolphin or two! Fishing from the beach and the swimming in the lagoon was just so relaxing and wonderful!! We had a slight problem with the wireless which Edward responded very quickly to help us fix. Our 6 month old enjoy seeing herself in all the mirrors as well and leaving her fingerprints behind!! We will certainly be back on our next vacation and will be staying at Edward and Sharon's home away from home! You will not be disappointed...just don't take the week I want to stay! : )

Our stay at your condo in Destin was great. Everything we needed was there in the condo and the views from the balcony was just awsome. We especially liked sitting out on the balcony at night and watching the boats going by. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants a very relaxing vacation. The owners were so helpful in answering all our questions. We ate at a good restaurant that was by Crystal Beach called the Crap Trap. It is right on the beach and the food was great. Thanks so much for a great vacation condo rental in Destin.

I loved this place! Spacious, comfortable, with every convenience of home. A big, breezy balcony with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. I enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning while watching the fishing boats ease out to sea. In the evening a glass of wine with the sunset marked the end of a perfect day. The kitchen had everything including a fridge with ice maker; TV in both bedrooms plus a big screen TV in the living room for movies or football games; and a beautiful pool overlooking the harbor. All I had to do was unpack and start enjoying.

We are just back from a wonderful week in Destin and staying at your beautiful condo. The accomodations were very nice, the views beautiful, along with a hot but cloudless week of relaxation. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We met several other owners while we were there as well as several other guests who loved the property as much as we did. Ed, Thank you for the use of your condo. Everything about your condo exceeded your descriptions/photos. The quiet location was so relaxing. The condo, the view, the places to eat in destin, the facilities, beaches, and shopping (well the girls liked it). We had a very great time and are already looking for an opportunity to visit again. Perfect location: Close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Great view: Pleasing, relaxing, stress melting. Clean, tastefully decorated, secure, well furnished (everything we needed for a fabulous week) We loved all the windows with ocean breezes, the comfortable bed, luxury accommodations at reasonable rates. Can't wait to go back.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Wow, what a great vacation. Just wasn't long enough (Sept. 8 - 13). The condo was gorgeous, the view beautiful. The condo owners were sweet as can be, and very helpful with every question I had. The kitchen had every utensil you could want. The beds were soooo comfortable, as well as the couch and chairs. There were rafts to use, air pump, small telescope, games, the TV's were big and had lots of channels! And, they are upgrading it this week! I will never want to leave next time. I shouldn't be going on so much, because it will be booked next time I want it!!!

This is in a great quiet location, with excellent water views, well-equipped, comfortable furnishings, off the beaten track but within easy distance of restaurants and shopping.

We had the opportunity to visit for 10 days! We were there for the July 4th fireworks show that just added to the magic of this unit and location. The lush decor of the unit was everything that you see in the photos on the web site. The Beautiful views of both the harbor and the pass were absolutely breath taking. We just returned from a relaxing stay at East Pass Towers. The unit is very nice, and the views from every room are fantastic. You can look out at the ocean by day and over to the harbor at night. Rain kept us stuck inside part of the trip, and we really appreciated the well stocked cabinet of puzzles, games, and books. Once we got outside, the pool and beach access were great as well.
