The family purchased this home as a second home. They love coming to Bend, Oregon and the location is wonderful! They love to walk to the markets, bike shops, sushi house, cafes and coffee houses which are located so close, their kids love the little trek, too! Peaceful and quiet, this home offers respite after living/working in the big city to the North! Being outdoor enthusiasts themselves, they love the close proximity of Mt. Bachelor, Smith Rock and the mountain biking trails. Convenient shopping, boutiques and eateries in downtown, only 3 minutes away makes their home an ideal setting for privacy, quiet as well as convenience!

this house was a great value, both for the size and beauty of it, but also the location was fantastic! 1 and 2 blocks from the bakery, great and quaint restaurants and a block away from the grocery store. 5 min walk to downtown and 15 min drive to the mountain. Love this one, definitely going back!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
