We were there in June, and had a very good time in the condo. It's right on the beach, so the location is perfect, and a lot of activities around especially for the kids. The condo was just what I expected. The owner is really fast at getting back to you if you have a question, and very good communicator. I would reecommend to others.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Me and my husband spent our anniversary here and had the best most relaxing time. Can't wait to go back. Thanks Michael for allowing us time in your home away from home. I have nothing but great things to say about the condo. I am picky about the cleanliness of where I stay and this condo was nothing but nice and clean. Enjoyed the pool area and easy access to the beach. Lots of things that you can walk to around the condo. If you are looking for a nice place to stay that is a great value, this is where you should go. Enjoy!!!!

This room is not up to par. The room smells dusty and molded. The furniture is old and terribly out of date. After entering the room found the couch to be damp and the blinds to be caked with really old dust. The a/c had dust particles etc. blowing out when attempting to turn on. The owner said he would send maids, however maids can't fix most problems there. Owner did return deposit and about 2 nites of money. This condo was not up to our standard of normal healthy family living. I would not recommend this to non-parting families with normal standards. Oh, and he told my spouse he was not a business, this was his home away from home.....HUM.....he owns the condo AND RENTS IT! When sending a business money on paypal, was instructed BY PAYPAL NOT TO SEND MONEY AS A GIFT, but to a sellers address. Plus, I was the one to pay the fee....! as the buyer of his GIFT money!

Owner response:Future guests..please read this and all the other wonderful comments from previous guests. The person writing this did not even stay in our condo, it was her son and daughter in law. They called at their arrival at 1:00 AM Sunday in the middle of the night claiming our condo was dirty, moldy, and had flood damage. I contacted our cleaning company, our maintenace company who arrived on Monday only to report the unit was very clean. The maintenance company reported there was no flood or water damage in the unit. I also had a third party come who stated the unit was fresh smelling and very clean and had nice furnishings and decor. Our king bed was just purchased last year, our couch and matching chair from the Cindy Crawford collection at rooms to go was purchased about 3 years ago. We do have a few other furniture pieces which are not brand new but in nice shape. I was attentive and immediately responded to these false accusations and had our services over to the unit first thing. The son and daughter in law, who actually were the guests, obviously wanted to stay somewhere else. They complained about everything to do with our nice resort this unit is in. They complained about the pollen on the outside balcony. It's the south and spring and we get pollen every single day. I tried hard to resolve their concerns, but they were not cooperative. Again please review our other comments from guests and come to a unit which is very clean and up to date in a very nice family resort.

We recently stayed at the condo and had a great time! Our friends actually recommended we stay here and I would say the same! The condo is very welcoming, bright and comfortable. It was full of fresh linens, extra pillows and toiletries. You can't beat the ocean view from the balcony either. Michael was also very accommodating. He was very personable and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. This is definitely going to be a place we visit regularly.

My wife and I stayed here recently, after journeying down from Ontario, Canada. I will be recommending the owner and the condo to my family and friends. The building is safe and clean, and we had a wonderful view from the 12th floor. We concluded each evening in the hot whirlpool on the first floor. I can only speak positively about our stay in Myrtle Beach, and in this unit. It was a home away from home for us.

WOW What View!!

My fiance and I stayed here and can't say enough about the place. Michael was so kind and willing to help if needed. The place looked and smelled great from the very minute we walked in the door. I can't tell you how very nice it was to step out on the balcony with my morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the ocean line. It was beautiful! We spent our days enjoying the beach and our nights relaxing on the plush bluejean sofa watching a movie on the nice LCD flat screen TV. The photos do not give this place justice. You have to see it to know what I'm talking about We love this place and can't wait to come back. We recomend this place to all our friends! Actually, we recomend staying at Michael's place to everyone. Michael, thank you so much for a very pleasant and relaxing vacation place!! Ande from Pomapno Beach

A very nice place to stay. We stayed for the month of January and Michael was great to work with. His cond on the 12 floor had a wonderful view of the ocean and of the strip. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The place was clean with lots of towels and bedding and very confortable. Loved staying there. Very convient to everything, Dave and Kathy, Ohio

very nice place to stay

We were trying for the fist time a reservation with vrbo. We had reserved for two weeks (oct 9 - oct 23 2010). We appreciate very much the way Michael works with his condo. We receved the codes a few days before our arrival. Every thing was there. And for the few things we missed, there is a dollar general at a mile. We didn't had a car. We came in Myrtle Beach by plane. We to had take a cab (15$) to come to the condo and made everything walking. The Food Lion (grocery store) is at 20 minutes. As the weather was perfect, we did not have to take the taxi to the shopping center... we were walking on the beach. So we had like our stay at Michael's condo very much.

Amazing time in Myrtle Beach

My husband and I rented this condo from Sept. 25th - Oct 2nd 2010. I have to say that Michael was so easy to work with and very helpful and always made himself available to us. The condo was exactly as described from the pictures. Very clean and we had an amazing view that we took advantage of on the two rainy days that we had during a tropical storm. The condo had everything that we needed and was well stocked with the essentials. The beach was awesome and only a few steps away just as described to us. We would love to go back again anytime and probably will. Anyone wanting a perfect place to stay at, at the perfect price, then this is the spot for you. This condo is very close to the airport and was perfect for us, as we only wanted to rent a car for the last few days that we were there. We took in the Alabama Theatre: One the show, is so awesome, you have to see it! We also did some shopping in the outlet malls, and got some great deals. My boyfriend and I visited Myrtle Beach last year and wanted to return this year. This condo ended up being in a perfect spot! It was close to everything; yet everyday, the beach by the resort wasn't packed! It was very nice to spread out a little more. Also, every night there was either a band playing or karaoke! So nice to have the entertainment! The condo was a perfect size for 4 people without feeling cramped. Owners were helpful with any questions we had.

The listing, photos, and amenities were accurate. The owner was helpul and attentive to our questions and needs. Property was very clean and well maintained. I would return and recommend this property to friends or relatives. It is so close to many attractions and activities (my favorite being the beach). I would recommend the following: Any activity on the beach, Broadway at the Beach, Mexico Lindo Restaurant, La Belle Amie Winery, Beach Studios Portraits, Grand Coastal Mall, and Giant Crab Buffet.

Our Week At The Beach!

We were looking to do a vacation on a shoestring and didn't expect much but boy were we surprised. A nice clean comfortable condo on the beach with great views and all the amenities of a big dollar resort. Having a caring and involved owner to work with us to accommodate us in any way possible was just the icing on the cake! We give Michael and his condo with the cozy big blue jean couch a 10!

This condo is great! Nice and clean and roomy. Tile floors are much better than carpet and comfy furniture. Smells nice and clean too. I would definitely recommend. The view is fabulous. The kitchen is bigger than most resorts in the area, and the dishwasher is a plus to have too. The resort itself is well maintained and in a good central location to everything. Thank you for sharing.

This was our first vacation to Myrtle Beach. Michael was so nice to work with. My 13 year-old son and I had a great time. Your condo was immaculate, decorated nicely, and everything was in working order with no problems. The beachview from the balcony was so pretty and serene. My husband and I stayed at this condo a few weeks ago and had a great time! It was very clean and spacious and the décor was very welcoming. We felt right “at home”. The view from the balcony was beautiful. There are also, many restaurants and activities within a mile of the condo!
