"Casa Colibri" is a recently completed (2009), magnificent villa on the first entrance to the beautiful Playa Hermosa Beach on the Pacific Ocean. Top floor includes spacious fresh-air great room with kitchen, dining room seating eight, comfortable lounging living room and bay and village view outside deck. Lower level includes two air-conditioned bedrooms with TV room and open, circular staircase. This level opens to a beautifully landscaped, private back yard with a swimming pool and covered ranchero barbecue area.
Kitchen is full service with new stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher and granite counter tops. It has an attached sit down bar area.
Great room includes spacious dining room with large teak dining table seating eight. Also includes a desk for your computer use.
Living room with bay and village views has extremely comfortable European leather sofas for lounging. Great room includes crown mold, soft amber insect-free lighting.
Outside deck includes soft amber lighting for insect-free night sitting. By day it has beautiful bay, village and hilltop views.
Lower level is a large family room with a wet bar area. This room includes open circular stairway and a TV viewing area opening to the private backyard swimming pool and ranchero. Adjacent on this floor is a private laundry area with washer and dryer.
Bedrooms are air conditioned with private or shared baths including large walk-in tiled showers and outside decks. Lower level bedrooms, TV area and wet bar include the crown mold, soft amber lighting for open door insect-free lighting.
