  I would definitely recommend staying here! It's far enough away from the crowds but still close enough to everything you could want to do! It's even nicer than the pictures show. There was more than enough room for our family of four. We enjoyed the screened-in porch. Communication with the owner was excellent...such a nice person! My husband especially enjoyed the golf course.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

  My wife and I were wonderfully surprised; you are always quite cautious about rental properties. This was a great find, it was located not too far but far enough away from the stir of the beach, yet only a few minutes drive from all of the attractions of the beach. I would recommend Pineapple Willy's (great atmosphere), the Pier, Pier Park shopping, any and all beaches, Saint Andrews state park. Very accurately described - we used the grill several times and the screened in porch was great for relaxing after a long day at the beach (also great to watch the duffers try to make par on the 18th hole - funny stuff!). The property was very clean and everything you would need for convenience was within arm's reach. I would definitely recommend this property, but not on the dates that I would want. The owners are great - they accommodated our needs and are very pleasant to talk to. The photos don't even justify this great property.

  My family and I have rented numerous properties through VRBO throughout the U.S. over the past ten years or so, but I have to say that this one was even better than advertised! The villa was so comfortable, and the owner has obviously thought carefully about how to make guests feel welcome and cared-for. The location was very convenient to restaurants and other attractions, the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the whole atmosphere was quiet and relaxing! I recommend this villa whole-heartedly!

  We had a WONDERFUL time vacationing at this condo in Bay Point. The unit was spacious and clean with all the comforts of home. It is a perfect condo for a individual or family. We ate most all of our meals in the condo and found everything we needed in the well-equipped kitchen. The unit is wonderfully decorated and maintained. We loved every aspect of this condo. We will try to rent this condo the next time we vacation at Bay Point. -- S B L

  This condo was real treat to have. It is conveniently located on the 18th hole at Bay Point in a quiet cul du sac. It is close to everything in this community. The clubhouse and the marina are within walking distance. I was impressed with the freshness of the décor and a fully stocked kitchen ready for whipping up any meal you were inclined to prepare. Plus this home has plenty of space to spread out and relax. The screened in balcony provided a great view and a nice place for that morning coffee. A place like this took a great trip and made it a very special one. We were so happy that we have booked it again in March. We can’t wait to return “home” again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

  I am a golfer and the weather and golf courses were spectacular this time of year! The close proximity of your unit to the Pro Shop is a plus .... the food at the Clubhouse was very good as well. We made good use of the screened in porch to relax and watch other golfers come down the 18th fairway...really enjoyed it. You have very good amenities in your unit. It was nice to have the option to eat out or stay in; also the washer/dryer a plus...We grilled steaks one night on the patio, it was nice to have that option as well. Great golf and very nice unit. We will be back next year! Thanks!!!

  We had a great time at your condo in Bay Point! Took the little ones to the pools and the beach...liked being "away from the crowds" on Front Beach since we have little ones with us. We loved Pier Park and all it has to offer! Lots of good dining and also enjoyed eating "in" since your condo so well stocked with kitchen supplies, etc...we saved a lot of money being able to eat in for breakfast/lunches/snacks with the little guys....will be back same time in 2011!!!

I require a $100 deposit to HOLD your dates. I do not cash this check...I hold it until after your stay. Once your rental is over, and no damage reported by cleaning lady, this deposit is returned.
