Fabulous 4000 sq. ft. mountain view home on golf course. Everything is included in this elegantly furnished vacation home or corporate retreat. Main floor has a formal living and dining room, great room, kitchen, large master bedroom, two bathrooms, two offices and laundry room. Also located on this level is a beautifully appointed large covered deck with with ceiling fan overlooking the golf course. Great room has HDTV, surround sound and new comfy reclining leather sofa and love seat. Large master bedroom with 5 piece bath also has views of the city below and the mountains. It is tastefully furnished with a Tempurpedic King Bed, very expensive massage chair, love-seat and a 36 inch TV. All TV's mentioned have Tivo.
Lower walk-out level has huge entertainment room with leather sectional, 54" screen TV, pool table. game table and fireplace. The large bar is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and nice cabinets stocked with wine and bar glasses. Two very large bedrooms and a bathroom are also on this level. Step outside on the patio and enjoy a great hot tub (also with view of the mountains), nice patio and lounge furniture.
This home is perfectly located for vacationers. Summer: The Championship Golf Course is a very challenging, yet beautiful 18 hole course within walking distance. The community pool is walking distance and has a covered cabana with barbeque. Amusement parks are close, Elich's Gardens is 20 minutes away, and Water World, is just 10 minutes away. Great shopping is available at the Flat Irons Mall (ten minutes). Winter: Skiing is as close at 45 minutes away at Eldora Ski Resort. Summit County is only 1-1/2 hours away with skiing at Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Vail and Beaver Creek.
Corporate visitors are only 15 minutes from Boulder and 25 minutes to downtown Denver. Denver International Airport is 35 minutes away.

This is perfect home. I wish I lived there. The property is perfectfully maintained, and the owners were very helpful and friendly. The views from the oversized deck are fabulous, a great place to sit in morning with coffee, as well as to have dinner and overlook the golf course. We held our family reunion in Colorado and we totally enjoyed being able to have some of the family over to grill and entertain.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

Brought family to Colorado for first-time trip. House was in great condition and centrally located to pack-in lots of sight seeing in a short trip. Wonderful hosts! Very well kept house. Would recommend to all! Thanks!

My firm had people from an out-of-town major client visiting with us for several days. Rather than putting them up in a hotel, we rented this property as they intended to stay several days to also "see" Colorado. They could not have been more pleased with this property. It was clean, centrally located, and the amenities were as advertised. We will do business with them again.

Wow! What a great retreat. We stayed here for a week around the holidays and pampered ourself with all the amenities. We skied at Eldora (45 minutes away) and came home to our own private hot tub. Fantastic shopping was 10 minutes away and the view at night was phenominal. We even golfed one day when the temps hit the 70's. The place has it all and we are coming back next year. Beds were huge and comfy and the pool table in between the fireplace and big screen tv was awesome.Thanks for the best vacation ever! Mindy and friends
