Our home is so close to downtown that you can hardly park your car closer to the galleries, shops, restaurants or beaches.

Private upstairs lush patio off master bedroom with large view of ocean. Fully equipped main kitchen with dining room view of orchid wall and Koi pond. Three HD TiVo's equipped with many flat screen TV's throughout the home including instant Netflix. High speed internet computer access available throughout home. Steinway grand piano with player capability. Large utility room with full washer and dryer.
1000 thread count sheets on Queen beds in master and 2nd bedroom with private bathrooms, 2 twin trundle beds in 3rd bedroom. Living room sofa makes a queen bed and there is a roll-away bed option if requested. Fully equipped gym in garage with elliptical machine and stationary bike. Beach chairs and umbrellas available. Outdoor heaters available for those cool summer nights.
Please note, VRBO doesn't provide fined tuned location information. There are several listings on VRBO that call the location "Laguna Beach" and it turns out to be Dana Point, Laguna Niguel or far south Laguna Beach. This home is on Los Robles in the heart of Laguna Beach.

Why the Owner Chose Laguna Beach
Laguna is our primary residence much of the year; however, we love to travel and have realized that renting the property out gives lots of people an opportunity to 'live in Laguna.' We are in a real neighborhood just a couple of blocks from the beach. On weekends we hardly drive the car as the grocery store, the restaurants and the shops are within a short walk.
The Unique Benefits at this House
It is great to go to the beach for a day of fun. However, ocean water is nothing compared to a bubbling hot tub that is big enough for your friends and family! You can't swim laps, but you feel like you are in a tranquil oasis while enjoying the lush vegitation and flowers that are all around the yard. There are four beautiful seating areas around the yard each with picture perfect views including the great ocean view from the upstairs master private patio.
The weather is perfect right in Laguna. During the hot summer, it might be 100+ degrees F two miles inland, but in Laguna it will be a perfect 76 degrees. In the winter, it might have a heavy frost one town over, but never freezes in town.
Looks like a private entrance, but it is public. Walk down here with your morning coffee and sit at the patio tables enjoying the ocean sites. Well maintained stairway right down to sand.
Can't park any closer, just walk to Laguna's greatest art entertainment event.
All summer long ride the free trolleys that take you all over town including right here at the world famous Sawdust Festival with dozens of artists and their work.
