An extremely quiet place to stay. Quite different from the other areas of NMB that we have stayed at. Longer walk to the beach, longer drive to find a place to eat. Very clean but deck access to the ground floor would be nice. Another drawback is this location is at the very end of North Ocean Blvd so that everyone driving in front of you that continues the entire way down this street needs to turn around right in front of you, we were almost hit 3 times in the first 2 days. Needless to say, pay attention when returning to your condo. Great place if you have little ones as the waves aren't as strong being that the river inlet is right there. If you are looking to party, this is not the place for you, this is more for families and older folks. One thing that really irked me what having to make the beds when we first arrived. I purchased a linen package and had to remove the comforter/bedspreads to put the sheets on the beds. This to me was totally silly!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.
