Shanty Creek Resorts (including Schuss Mountain), which offers year-round activities including golf, downhill skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and Nordic skiing, is only a few miles away. If you enjoy the thrill of the hunt, Antrim County also boasts one of the highest populations of wild turkey in the state of Michigan. Flocks of these majestic birds are regularly seen around the area. In addition, Intermediate Lake is one of the prime fishing areas in Bellaire, MI.
