This unique property has its own 100' of private sandy beach for sunning and swimming. It was built in the late 1930's by one of the most prestigious families in the area. The beach is reached by stairs and there is also a private sea wall. No public access is allowed across the property.
Walk the beach to the state park, or enjoy lake kayaking, canoing,and general boating. There are nearby marinas for launching larger lake craft.
Visit Turning Stone Casino with top of the line entertainment, spas, and restaurants. Vernon Downs Harness racing track, the Carousel shopping mall, and antique shops are all easily accessible. Children especially enjoy the amusement park at Sylvan Beach which is within walking and biking distance. There are several good restaurants in the area, such as; the Spaghetti Factory, Pier 31, Captain John's, and others.
Relax in the early evenings by viewing the breathtaking sunsets from the spacious living room or lawns facing the lake or relax in the cozy den. Dine either on the large deck with two wrought iron tables and chairs or in the dining room with a wall size mirror reflecting the lake. Enjoy the spacious lawns, mature trees and foliage.
Three bedrooms are located upstairs including the lakefront master bedroom. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves lapping on the beach. An additional very large bedroom is downstairs.
This house is beautifully appointed and is known as one of the loveliest properties in the area.

From Nov 15-Apr 15 fuel fees of $150/week will be added.
$300 security deposit (refundable if no damages) and $100 cleaning fee
(non refundable) must accompany rental contract.
Balance of rental amount must be received by owner four weeks prior
to occupancy. Check in at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am.
