We just spent a wonderful 5 days at this property. It is well represented in the pictures, but they do not do it justice. It is beautiful and well maintained. Everything felt new and was in excellent shape. It was immaculate and clean - did not feel like a rental at all. The kitchen is well appointed, with high quality dishes and equipment. It truly has everything you need from pans to utensils that you only need to bring the food and seasonings, I have never rented a house with as nicely stocked kitchen. There are a ton of movies and books, too. The view is second to none and it is very private. We have nothing negative to report - it exceeded our expectations (and we are very difficult to please!).

You have an awesome place here! The place actually looked like what was on the websites!! We could all have our own rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed having meals as a family and then relaxing playing pool, cards and sitting on the deck enjoying the beautiful view... Can't be beat!! Thank you for sharing your home..it was wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay here and love how you have decorated your home. We thoroughly enjoyed the movie area upstairs as well as shooting pool downstairs. This home lacks for nothing except a pizza pan and cutter and we loved cooking in the well outfitted kitchen. We thank you for sharing your mountain retreat with us and we look forward to coming back. I can’t think of a better way to spend a vacation.

Our second stay here at Brown Bear Lodge. Love how the downstairs has been transformed! As always, loved all the amenities- esp. the media room for movies, hot tub for soaking, and the well appointed kitchen for cooking scrumptious fare. Looking forward to next year already.

Just wanted to say we had a wonderful time here in the mountains. The cabin was breathtaking. I dont think I will ever experience this kind of landscape again, it was beyond words. My parents from Scotland came last year with friends and told me it was beautiful but you cant quite understand it until you have seen it with your own eyes. Thank you!
