“Easy Livin’…No Worries” is a beautifully appointed home in the exclusive private community of Seacrest Beach at the east end of Scenic 30-A.
Seacrest has bragging rights to the beautifully landscaped, 12,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool with fountains and waterfalls, bathhouses, cabanas and large greenbelt area on the north side of the pool. Enjoy live entertainment on the greenbelt during the summer season.
“Easy Livin’…No Worries” is fully equipped with all the amenities you would expect in an upscale home.
Wireless internet, televisions with VCR and DVD players, a stereo system with surround sound speakers throughout the house and on the porches, an extensive collection of books, music CDs, and movies for your enjoyment, outdoor gas grill, and multiple porch and balcony sitting areas for relaxation and rejuvenation of the soul.
Three of the four bedrooms, including the master suite, are on the second floor. A unique feature is the Bunk Bedroom with four bunk beds stocked with games, videos, television and a separate stereo system to accommodate the kiddos’ preference in music.
A fourth bedroom and bath is on the main floor for family members that may not wish to navigate the stairs. Our third story is a second living area with wet bar and refrigerator. Our kitchen is equipped to meet any of your cooking needs.
Enjoy the open living and dining area on the main floor or end your day on the third floor balcony taking in the view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets that our little bit of paradise has to offer.
A convenient side entry off the laundry room offers easy access to the gas BBQ grill and outdoor hot/cold shower for rinsing away the sand after a time at the beach. You’ll find beach towels, chairs & umbrella for your use in the utility area as well.
It is a very short walk from the house to the pool – just around the corner and to the next street. It’s 5 minutes along a brick paved path lined with palm trees to our gorgeous sugar-white sand beach. A trolley service is also available to and from the pool and beach.
A phone call will bring one of our trolleys to your front door to take you to and from the pool and beach.
It takes only minutes to walk to fine dining, shopping, outdoor concerts. Bicycles can be rented easily if you prefer “wheels”.
For those of you who enjoy golf you are in close proximity to wide range of major courses to accommodate your preference and challenge your skills. And lets not forget the great saltwater fishing and dune lake fishing.
If you wish to cast your net farther and head west on 30-A to visit the towns of Watercolor, Seagrove, Seaside, Blue Mountain or Grayton each where you’ll find more shops, restaurants, and natural beauty for your enjoyment.
Travel East on Hwy. 98 to Pier Park, a great new area offering open-air shopping, entertainment and a wide range of dining options. Sip coffee at Starbucks, watch the sun set from Jimmy Buffett’s Margaretville, linger in the green belt areas and watch the kids play, or take in a movie at The Grand – 16 screen, stadium seating theater.
