Feel more than welcome in our premier executive and spacious villa, located in the beautiful and gated intimate community of Grand Reserve which has only 110 Executive homes.
This small development is built around Lake Thomas, the surrounding wetland, and conservation areas. It offers so much peace and serenity. It is a wonderful place to relax and unwind after an exciting day at Disney or at one of the beaches.
The community is gated for the safety of all and well maintained by our management company.
At the patio you will find the very large and heated pool with a luxury separate heated spa for up to ten people. Overlook the beautiful garden and the conservation area from the spa or from the lanai.
Play golf at one of the many championship courses, all conveniently located nearby. Or go fishing at the lake or in deep sea. More excitement? Take a private airboat ride close to our home and see the real Florida: view the alligators all around and watch the beautiful birds in their natural habitat.
Our executive villa offers a very spacious accommodation with a maximum of comfort for up to ten people. It has two living rooms and is ideal for one or two families and grandparents. There is much privacy as our home is surrounded by fences and a conservation area. Meet the birds in our backyard daily. You can even feed them so close: they eat from your hand.
All rooms are at the ground floor, handicapped accessible. The very luxury Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and a spacious en-suite private bathroom with bathtub and a separate rainfall shower.
The room is equipped with a television and a DVD player.
The second Master Suite is separated from the main living area with a corridor to give additional privacy. It is also equipped with a television and a DVD player and has exclusive use of the pool bathroom.
The pool bathroom is complete with walk-in shower and also has private access to the patio and pool area.
The third bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed and is located between the master bedroom and the living room. It also has a TV and a DVD player.
The two other bedrooms are twin rooms. with a shared full bathroom, conveniently located between the two rooms. This is an ideal situation if you vist us with kids. Both rooms are equipped with a television and one has also a DVD player.
The large full Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of work space, a central island and breakfast bar. You will find a large double door fridge with icemaker, a dishwasher, a microwave and a large oven with stove top.
The separate full-sized and fully equipped Laundry Room with a large fabric safe drum washer and dryer is very comfortable.
The Breakfast Nook overlooks the pool and the lanai, and there is also a desk with a free multiline telephone and free high speed internet connection.
Beyond this is the comfortable, bright and airy Family Room which is fully-equipped with free 110-channel cable TV and additional free Satellite TV with free European channels. You will find a very large 50" plasma flat screen and a Panasonic 5.1 Dolby Home Entertainment system. There is a selection of DVDs and CDs for your entertainment.
The large sliding patio doors give direct access to the pool area and lanai from this room.
The living Room enjoys views across the pool to the conservation area beyond and also has patio doors allowing direct access to the dining area on the lanai. This room, and the dining Room, which overlooks the conservation land to the front of our home, are both exquisitely and elegantly furnished.
As the conservation area is at the backyard of our property, our South-facing spectacular large Pool with a premier and separate heated spa for up to eight people are afforded complete privacy. You can enjoy the far reaching spectacular views over the nature preserve whilst relaxing on one of the luxury cushioned poolside loungers in the fabulous Floridian sunshine.
The lake and wetland area are home to a wide variety of birds and mammals. Sand Cranes and Egrets, enjoy the habitat, bright red Cardinals are frequent visitors to our bird feeder and red headed woodpeckers can be seen on The Live Oak draped with Spanish moss on the edge of the property, from which our villa takes its name. It is a bird watcher's paradise and a favorite for painters and writers who enjoy the tranquility but also want the convenience of nearby amenities.
The garden, pool and lanai lighting allow you to enjoy to have diner at the poolside, where you will also experience spectacular sunsets. At dusk the conservation area comes alive with a cacophony of sound from the creatures of the night, but within the screened area you will be bug-free. The hypnotic sound of the cicadas and the throaty melody of the bullfrogs fills the redolent evening air whilst you relax and enjoy the unique Floridian ambiance with a glass of wine or cold beer and contemplate nothing more taxing than tomorrow’s adventures. Or just relax while sitting in the spa.
Enjoy all the free 110 channel Cable TV in all rooms. Also you can use free highspeed wireless internet in all rooms and at the patio at the poolside.
The home is equipped with a multiline telephone in each room and two wireless phones in addition. Enjoy free long distance calls from every phone and free, fair use of calls to anywhere in Europe!
For the comfort of all our guests this is a non-smoking home. Smoking is only permitted outside the home at the patio and the lanai.

Wow!! What a wonderful home and a real great pool & spa

We stayed here form Aprl 22 until May 6, 2011 with our two teenage kids. We enjoyed this top of the line villa every day and night. It is so luxury and close to all the parks. We visited almost any park. Every morning we took a swim and every evening when we came back we from a park we were relaxing in the wonderful spa. The rain shower in the upgraded and huge master bed with en-suite master bath is a real threat for everybody seeking luxury. The unlimited free worldwide phone calls is a great feature to keep in close contact with our parents back home and for the kids the included computer with free high speed internet was a very important part of all the amenities this villa has to offer. Really the only thing we could wish here is that we could stay much longer! And sure we will come back to Orlando and to this home soon.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed in this location to visit all the Disney World parks and to get more fond memories from visiting them. Never did we imagine that this home would be such a big part of those memories. We have annual passes to Disney and have stayed in several homes in gated well maintained areas over the years. In no way do they come close to this home in any way. This by comparing the spacious size, value, luxury, closeness to all parks/stores, non congested routs to the parks, bed rooms available for adults/kids, security, layout and design, professional decorations, actual garage for parking your car in, huge pool/spa, landscaping that stands out and what ever amenities you need is already present for your use in this home. This home is one you not only want to stay at, but also live in. The overall thought of this home is that is set up for luxury and display rather than a rental. This shows these homeowners care about this property not only for renting, but personally. I want to thank them for allowing us to share their show home and I know anybody staying in this landmark will be equally impressed. I can’t stop telling friends and family about it and will be coming back for more memories of your hospitality.
