Beautiful sound-side home with a great view! The sunsets and stars are amazing. A peaceful location within easy reach of wide beaches, area activities, shopping and nature. Nicely furnished and very well maintained for a comfy at-home feel.
The upper level includes great room, dining room with seating for 10, fully equipped kitchen with 4 bar stools at the counter. There is a master bedroom with a private full bath, sitting area with table, additional seating and a powder room.
The upper level deck includes plenty of comfortable seating, large picnic table, gas grill and a screened porch with table and chairs to enjoy the view.
The mid-level has 3 queen bedrooms with private baths, bunk room with pyramid bed and a shared full bath in the hall. The deck on this level is accessed by outside stairs or two of the queen bedrooms, and hosts a hammock for relaxing and to keep watch on the pool area activities.
The ground floor level includes a game room with TV, Foosball and sofa bed, queen bedroom, laundry room and shared bath. The pool and hot tub area are convenient to an outdoor shower and a shady deck. Pool heat is available for an additional fee. There is also a fish cleaning table provided.
A wonderful bonus feature to this property is access to the Kinnakeet Beach Club. This is a private ocean-side pool with changing room and steps to the beach. Only Kinnakeet homes have access to this lovely amenity.
