Absolute Best Location for Surfers and beachgoers! Beautiful, new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom custom plantation style home with travertine tile and wood floors. New stainless steal appliances, central AC, jacuzzi bath tub, custom shutter windows, and large balcony that goes all the way around the house. Beautiful views! The home is on an acre right across the street from the beach entrance to Rocky Point. The property owner lives part time in the downstairs unit (which is a complete, separate unit). He is a professional surfer and travels frequently. Pipeline is a half mile to the left, and Sunset is a half mile to the right.
A six mile bike path across the street runs parallel to the beach connecting famous surf spots such as Log Cabins, Rock Piles, Off the Wall, Backdoor, Pipeline, Ehukai, Pupukea, Gas Chambers, Rocky Point, Monster Mush, Kammie Land, Sunset, Backyards and Velzy Land. In the summertime when the waves are small these beautiful beaches are great for snorkeling and swimming. You can wade into the water right across the street from the property. There is a sandy bottom and you can swim out to see tons of fish, turtles and beautiful reef. You might even see a Hawaiian monk seal! The beach across the street from the unit is also great for kids and very uncrowded, if not empty in the summer months. Take a ride on one of our beach cruisers or walk to any of these world class waves. Close enough to hear the waves crashing, but unlike the houses on the beach, this unit is situated on a beautifully landscaped acre with plenty of space and safe parking.
The property is nestled between the ocean and a breathtaking mountain with hiking and biking trails. We are also about 10 minutes to Historic Haleiwa town, where there is wonderful shopping and lots of good places to eat. The Turtle Bay Hilton is about a five minute drive away with world class golf courses, fine dining, fitness area and a full service spa. If you want to just relax on the property we have beautiful landscaping, a new wooden swing set with a slide, and a ping pong table. It is a perfect place for kids of all ages. After a day of playing in the sun, relax on the large shaded balcony or hang out inside on the comfortable couches and watch a DVD on the large flat screen TV.
The inside of the house is very spacious and clean with gorgeous tile work and custom epa wood floors. Large master bedroom with a nice tile bathroom and jacuzzi bath tub. The other 2 bedrooms are spacious, with beautiful views. one has a sliding glass door entrance and a queen size bed, and a large mirrored closet. The other has bunk beds and a twin bed. There is also a laundry room and another bathroom. One of the living room couches also converts into a queen size bed. . The kitchen has a brand new fridge with a purified water dispenser. There are custom shutters, cabinets and beautiful granite counter tops. We also have a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, rice cooker and coffee maker. Everything is new and very nice!
