This lakefront rural Neenah, WI rental is only 15 minutes from Oshkosh & Appleton. It is on the west shores of Lake Winnebago. This is a multi-family property each with their own private entrance.(four units total; ONLY one unit is rented as a vacation rental; the other three are to regular tenants).
Oshkosh is well-known for EAA / Air Venture. Appleton is the home to the largest mall in Wisconsin, The Fox River Mall.
Green Bay is less than an hour away and is home to the Green Bay Packers.
The sunrises are breathtaking and you can see the lake from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Better yet sit outside on the deck or have a fire and make s'mores while listening to the waves lapping on the shore.
The home has nearly everything you could need for both a relaxing vacation and also be connected to modern-day technology.
There are a total of four units in the building, each with their own private entrance. This is the only unit that is rented as a vacation rental. The other three units are all rented to long-term, residential tenants.

The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
Beautiful sunrises can be viewed from the deck or living room. Huge spacious living room, large front yard with firepit, swingset, picnic table and dock. Dock has bench on end of it. Very quiet neighborhood, dead end street.
