- Air Conditioning: Three zone air conditioning: bedrooms and living area are all separate zones so that individual guests can decide what temperature is comfortable for them. We do ask that if the screen door is opened for wonderful ocean breezes that the air conditioner is turned off during that time.
- Washer: Separate laundry room in condo with ironing board, iron, and washer and dryer for guest use.
- Dryer: Washer and dryer right in the condo for your convenience
- Linens Provided: High thread count linens and thick towels. Also provided are 4 large beach towels.
- Off Street Parking: There is one parking spot very near entrance to the condo
- Elevator: Semi private Elevator is very close to entrance of this penthouse. We are only about 10 steps to the elevator for carrying luggage and groceries.

- Oceanfront: Located on the Caribbean Sea on a beautiful, wide, sandy beach with a private beach club just for Elements owners and guests.

It gives it a "beachy" ambiance.

Why the Owner Chose The Elements
We love Cocoa Beach because it's on the new up and coming north end of Playa del Carmen and is just a bit wider and quieter, at least for now...we have our own private beach club, but it is only for Elements owners and guests, not the public, so it will remain peaceful. There are pretty little fishing boats buoyed in the water when we look out the windows and it's a tranquil, zen-like view. We have our favorite little fish shop just a couple of blocks away where we can buy fish right off the boat to cook for dinner, and we can walk anywhere from the condo.We have $35/hour massages right on the beach nearby. Why Playa del Carmen? Great mixture of ethnic groups and you never know what language you are going to hear next! Great people watching too! Playa del Carmen is a "Happy Place" where everyone's in a great mood and feels fortunate to be there!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Because we are a bit north of the busy-ness, you will enjoy some serenity and a quieter beach, while still being able to be near the restaurants and in the thick of the action anytime. The Elements has just recently added its own Private Elements Beach Club right on the ocean. It is for use by Elements owners and guests only and there will be food and drinks catered by a brand new upscale restaurant nearby.
We are located right on the beach on the north end of Playa del Carmen, on Coco Beach. Google Earth has not yet displayed The Elements, as it just opened January of 2009.

Hello from Mark and Carla from Wisconsin! We love it here in Playa del Carmen. It's such a unique city, friendly, safe, and a melting pot of cultures. 5th Avenue is a happening place, and yet you can get away from the activity at our condo and enjoy the gorgeous and quiet beach if you want to get away from "life in the fast lane." If you have stayed at All Inclusives in the past, maybe it's time to try our condo and really experience the Mexican culture and meet the wonderful friendly locals. Everyone is happy in Playa and you will feel your blood pressure go down the first day you arrive! Bienvenidos a Playa del Carmen!!

Recently stayed at this condo for seven nights. Would we stay here again? ABSOLUTELY! We miss the sun and the sand!!!! The condo was great! We were very happy with everything and there were no surprises! We were VERY happy with the location! Close enough to 5th avenue (where all the shops and restaurants are) but away from the very busy beach clubs. We usually walked to 5th avenue and took a taxi home - because we were tired and the taxis were inexpensive. The private hot tub was wonderful! And the hammocks were also a great touch! Having a washer/dryer was also nice – able to pack less. Carla, the owner, was great! I had a TON of questions – over several emails - and she very patiently answered each and every one of them! She also provided a LOT of information on the area. We found all of her information to be accurate and the condo and the area turned out to be exactly as she made them out to be. She went above and beyond our expectations! Our housekeeper, Lulu, was so sweet! She made little shapes everyday with a few of the towels and although she didn't speak English and we didn't speak Spanish, we managed to communicate a bit through gestures and just guessing. Our daughter was able to help us a bit as she knows some Spanish. By the end of the week, Lulu told us that she was praying for our safe return home and that she felt like we were family and then hugged each of us! She was so nice and did a good job cleaning the place. Rene, the Elements concierge, was also very friendly and offered suggestions for various things! His English was very good. I admit, before we left we were wondering about him, only because his email communication wasn't very good, but in person he is very friendly and efficient! Bottom line, we really had a great time in Playa del Carmen and were very happy with our decision to stay at this condo! It was a great area and the owners are very helpful and friendly!
