The master bedroom is located on the first floor, providing maximum privacy from the rest of the bedrooms. There are two queen sized bedrooms on the second floor. The den/office is located in the loft area, which also converts to a 4th bedroom with a comfortable sleeper sofa.
The home is upgraded with granite counter tops, lush carpeting, and 18' tile flooring. There are three TVs, two DVD players, high-speed wireless internet access, cable TV, stereo system and cozy fireplace.
The private backyard has tropical landscaping surrounding the inviting pool. The Jacuzzi is located right outside the master bedroom's sliding glass doors. There is also a game room that has a pool table, air hockey and dart board.
This is a non-smoking home. Pets are considered on an individual basis.

Fantastic alternative to The Strip

Traveled to LV with a few buddies and we thought we'd try the house rental thing instead of the strip -- what a fantastic idea it turned out to be. The house was easy to find and very well maintained. Nothing says "Welcome to Las Vegas" like sitting in the hot tub on a Sunday morning sipping bloody marys! Bedrooms were all very comfortable, having the capability to do laundry was great, and being able to cook some meals and enjoy them on the patio was top notch! The owner was extremely responsive to the few questions I had and got back to me very promptly, usually within a few hours. This house would be great for a family looking to relax when visiting LV or a bunch of friends who want to be close (10 mins) to the strip but also want to avoid the hype.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
