Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath lakefront Villa home is conveniently located within the exclusive and secure Lexington Country Club steps from the Island Club, Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, 1 mile long walking trail around a lake and 6 Tennis Courts.

Year Purchased: 2008
Sue and Andy are self employed. We own buildings with apartments and a Northern Ontario pet friendly cottage resort which operates May through November. We are now semi retired and spend as much time as possible in our Lexington Villa in the warm South Florida sun. We are pleased to share our newly furnished and well kept property with other friendly, mature and responsible renters. Lexington Country Club in Ft Myers is a fantastic place to be spending time.
Why the Owner Chose Lexington Country Club
We originally purchased our villa in the Lexington Country Club after a 2 year exhaustive search of pet friendly, higher end South Florida communities. We had originally expected this to be an extension of our Northern Ontario pet friendly resort. In Canada, we rent high end cottages to very nice couples who mostly travel with a pet. They continue to rent from us as we have well maintained facilities, cleaned to a very high standard on a pristine lake. We have never had to advertise to this customer base as there is a huge demand for high end rentals in South Florida which are pet friendly.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
We are so very pleased that we purchased in Lexington Country Club. The maintenance of the grounds, buildings, fitness center, golf course, tennis courts, pools, etc is second to none. The people are extremely friendly. There are so many choices of activities to participate in. Andy likes to keep busy but can't keep up with all the offerings available (all are free except for the nominal golf fee). Sue enjoys the morning sun reading the paper with a cup of coffee in the lanai and spending time at the island club (pool, beach area, lanai) only steps away. We both appreciate the comfort and security of a gated and guarded community that is kept that way 24/7. We never feel unsafe here... ever. And to top it all off, the shopping, airport and beach are just a few minutes away.
