Spectacular views from this beautifully furnished 14th floor corner condominium located on the highly desirable west side of the exquisite pearl of Navarre. This unit is beach front, located on Navarre beach.
The retreat includes ten foot ceilings, crown molding, granite countertops, separate wine and beverage cooler, wet bar, entertainment center, two washers and dryers, air conditioned elevator lobby and extra security door. Original artwork decorates the walls and oriental rugs warm the terrazzo floors. Elegant, yet still, family friendly.
The master suite is very private, romantic and has great oceanfront views of Navarre beach’s incomparable emerald water and white sand. Enter the master area by way of double glass panel doors to enjoy an oriental-inspired oasis featuring a king-size bed, plasma TV and private master bath with its own Jacuzzi/whirlpool tub (large enough for two) and a oversized separate walk-in shower. Relax on your tempurpedic mattress and watch the sunset through your floor to ceiling windows or walk through your private sliding glass doors and enjoy the rhythmic music of the rolling ocean waves. Your gulf front king suite includes walk-in closet, two vanity areas and ceiling fan.
The second master bedroom, privately located at the opposite end of the condo, has a queen sized bed, whirlpool/shower combination, TV, ceiling fan, and its own private balcony with panoramic water views of the Santa Rosa sound and the mainland lights, beyond. This spacious area also has its own air-conditioning/heating system, washer/dryer and kitchen with microwave and refrigerator. Very private for a mother-in-law suite or for giving a little space to active teenagers.
The third bedroom features a TV, ceiling fan and bookcases with a collection of reading “beach” reads and two twin beds, which your kids will love, or push them together with the available connector to make a comfortable king sized bed for a special couple. The bedroom also has its own full sized private bathroom with large soaking tub/shower combination.
The living room has two sofas with queen-size sofa beds, a cozy two seat settee with footstools, ceiling fan, TV/VCR, DVD, and stereo. The large dining room easily accommodates six people with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar and two more at the kitchen table. It has a conveniently located wet bar opposite the dining room with wine/beverage center.
The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with granite tops, stainless steel garbage disposal, all the accessories and niceties of home. The corner table/chairs are ideal for viewing the panoramic beauty of the gulf, all this while enjoying your morning coffee. There is also a full-size washer/dryer located in the separate laundry room off the kitchen.
This entire non-smoking unit has been professionally decorated in an Asian/Zen motif, to provide a relaxing and stress-free environment for your private get-away. It is so gorgeous; you won’t want to leave at the end of your vacation. But, remember it is always available for our special guests to visit again.

Wow...what a wondeful stay. Sitting out on the balconies was so relaxing and we have never stayed at such a beautifully furnished condo. It was better than a 5-star Hotel. Will definately rebook this condo.

Great condo setup....like 2 condos in 1....great for 2 families. Close to Fort Walton and Destin and many restaurants. Nice, clean beach. Not overly crowded. Would happily recommend.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Your condo and balcony view was very beautiful. My wife and family enjoyed it greatly and hope to revisit before the end of summer - for a longer stay. My wife also liked the deco as it was not the usual airbrushed sand-dune paintings and ceramic starfish art.
