  We really enjoyed our time at this cottage.. It was so relaxing and not far from anything that you wanted to do.. The owner was very helpful and the cottage was complete in everyway. We would definately go back again. The property was very clean and well maintained.. and the screened in porch was a big bonus.. No bugs and great for when it rains... I would definately recommed this to others..

  The cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. Extremely clean and comfortable and plenty of room for the four of us. We practically lived on the enclosed porch, and the dock was only steps away. The fishing was great and we couldn't have had a better time. We'll be back.

  Owner response: Dear Guest My property is a step above the rest. Flat ground,dock has wonderful swim platform, screened in porch for watching sunsets. I insist upon cleanliness. We now have ceiling fans and lights on porch. Also a new patio for you to enjoy.

  Perfect for a small family... This was my second stay for the summer and I LOVE it!!!!! Very quiet cove and the cottage has everything you need. About 2 miles away from the Toll Bridge so easy to run to the store for anything you want or take in some sites near the Dam. Loretta has done a fantastic job with this place and I cant tell you how comfortable and clean everything is each time. Unloading and the loading the car is 2 steps away from the cottage and very few steps to the dock make it easy to run back up to the fridge for a cold beverage. I was pleasantly suprised how comfortable the sofa sleeper is too. Took about a minute to get blown up and even had a foam topper. Great Place...well worth it!

  We just returned from a weekend at the Cozy Cottage, and exceeded my expectations by far. The cottage is in a convienient location to Osage Beach and the restaurant scene, but in a fairly quiet cove. My friends and I came for a relaxing girls weekend, and we enjoyed laying on the dock, having breakfast in the screened in porch, and the unbelievable views. The cottage itself was clean and well maintained. This is a great rental property and I hope to enjoy it again. Thank you for your hospitality!

  Owner response: The screen porch is a luxury. With the panoramic view you can relax for hours with not being bored. Our location is for anyones desires with all amenities close by. Our superior housekeeper keeps the cottage top notch.

  We stayed at the cozy cottage in early Aug. beautiful flowers,excellent view, and most all extremely comfortable. We used your sleeper sofa with the deluxe insert for a more enjoyable sleep. We felt like it accomodated are family needs in every way. Especially during our down time with all the board games. The porch was absolutely the best part. We loved spending our evenings there...If I could make any suggestions maybe add a little lighting to the porch outside. Otherwise you sold us on a return trip...for next year.

Along with new appointments in nautical decor to give you the seaside atmosphere. The updated cottage is fully furnished for all your needs. Just bring your beach towel.

  We had a great time. The cottage is so clean and neatly kept. Love being so close to the water. We will definitely come back!!

  Owner response: Thank you for your reveiw. Our Cozy cottage is a step above the rest. I personaly keep it the way I would expect a place to be if I were renting. We are on flat ground and only two blocks off black top road. We update the interior every three years. The grounds are maintained and well landscaped. The patio table and umbrella have been added to the swim platform for your comfort.

  My husband and I recently stayed in the cozy cottage with our 9 yr old son and had a wonderful time. The cottage is just a described, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we could have wanted and the location is perfect. Our son especially liked walking down to the dock and catching fish. Perfect for a couple or small family. Thanks and we hope to visit again soon!

  This is a wonderful spot to get away from life's hustle and bustle! The unit is very comfortable, clean, and completely equipped with everything you might need. The cabin sits on a less rambunctious portion of the lake and provides great scenery. It helped that we had perfect weather, but the peaceful, serene, environment would be great in any weather. The long, screened in porch was perfect for reading, conversing, and romantic dinners. Making reservations was a breeze and communications very good with the owner. I would highly recommend this little piece of heaven on Lake of the Ozarks!

  If you want a quiet place to stay, this is it. It was just what we were looking for for our girl's getaway! We had a blast. We'd recommend this to anyone. Very clean and comfortable.
