  Had a great stay at this Boulder Canyon rental. We had 14 adults and 10 children and there was plenty of room to spread out. We took full advantage of game tables, big screen tvs, fireplaces, hot tub, and kitchen facilities. We made every meal onsite and pretty much everything was available to do a good job of it. The owner was easy to work with; we coordinated details via email and everything was ready when we got there. We had no problems accessing the house, bringing our stuff in and starting our Christmas get together. There was even a Christmas tree and lights up! The location is great; ten minutes to Deadwood/Lead area and ten to Sturgis. A good time was had by all! We would recommend this rental and would rent it again.

  This house was simply amazing! We stayed at this house for my sisters wedding in Rapid City. After the wedding we returned to the house to grill food and enjoy family time. The rooms were very spacious as well as very nicely decorated. The wall colors and the furniture give this house a very upscale luxury appearance. Our favorite feature was the huge basement with a Wii for the kids and a poker table, wet bar, and foosball table for the adults. This house has tons of room so you never really feel like your living on top of each other. The layout is amazing as well. We enjoyed plenty of time on the deck as well as the quick drive into Deadwood for some night life. The owners were fantastic to work with and were very responsive to our needs! When we come back this will definintely be a place I will be staying again.

  The location was absolutely perfect. Proximity to activities for all participants in our group was great. The home was beautiful and fit the needs of our family. Private areas if needed and opportunity to be together for meals, conversation and family video watching. Meal time was easy to accommodate with the lay out of the home. Our holiday was the best ever!!!!!!!

  We stayed over the Labor Day weekend and this place was perfect for our whole family! The kids had a blast outside and the basement was perfect for them! Very nice location to go 4-wheeling in the hills and to go into Deadwood.Big enough for our family of 19! Would definitly go back again!

  If you are looking for a central location to see all the sights in South Dakota, this is the place to stay. Its a beautiful home, with lots of space, great location. Great owners.

  We have stayed at many locations in the black hills and usually pick the bigger and more upscale properties and I can tell you that this has been one of the best stays we have experienced. It is a very open floor plan with a 3 sided fireplace and a large gourmet kitchen which is great for large family time yet there are plenty of areas where you can get away from the excitement and rest. All of the furnishings are top notch and and very comfortable. The master suite will pamper anyone with the highest of tastes. The three car garage is very much appreciated in the winter to put the cars and bulky gear instead of having to drag it all in the house. The hot tub is very nice and feels great after a long day of skiing, snowmobiling, biking, or exploring the hills. Beyond the incredible interior it is situated a close drive to Deadwood which is also served by a taxi service and food delivery which is great for those wild nights in Deadwood. It has nice views and is in a quiet area. Definitely a must stay! The owners are very responsive and great to work with. Plan your next stay here and you won't be disappointed!
