This beautiful new home we call Casa de Windansea is everything you need in a holiday home. Located just half a block from the famous Windansea Beach, conveniently near many restaurants, bakeries and convenience stores, this house will welcome you in every way.
Just newly furnished with brand new furniture; bedding, linens, china and all kitchenware provided. Featuring 3 Plasma TV's, WiFi, Cable, Phone and of course the mandatory Gas Grill for your evening meals.
Master King Suite: Located on the second floor. King Bed, Plasma Screen TV, walk in closet and en suite bath with both walk in shower and separate bath tubs. Equipped also with 2 basins.
Master Queen Suite: Located on the second floor. Queen Bed, Plasma Screen TV, walk in closet and en suite bath with step in bath/shower.
Third Bedroom with twin bed and second twin mattress has a desk for office work or fun. It is located on the first floor. There is a half bathroom on the ground floor for the third bedroom.
Kitchen: Dishwasher, gourmet oven, microwave, 2 door refrigerator and counter with bar stools overlooking dining room.
Dining: A table that will seat 6 - 8 comfortably.
Living Room: Leather furniture, coffee tables and plasma TV above the imitation fireplace.
Outdoors: a gas grill is available outside to grill on.
A double car garage provides excellent off street parking.

We loved our stay at Casa de Windansea. The home feels brand new, is comfortably furnished and has all the amenities of Home! Just steps from the beautiful Windansea beach and less than two miles from the Cove, what more could you ask for. The two car garage provides added convenience and security. The agent was friendly, reliable and accommodating. We will stay here whenever we are in La Jolla.

I found the condo to be clean and well represented. Draw backs were the parking for guests. The double deep garage was narrow and perfect for 2 subcompact cars, which I don't have, so we were stuck trying to find parking on the street, but only a real problem on the weekend. The walk down to the beach was easy and the beach was a great small "locals" beach that was quiet, clean and family friendly. The location is a little on the outskirts of the two large shopping/nightlife area's (La Jolla and Pacific Beach), However an easy bike ride/ car ride to either of these places is worth the quiet neighborhood and dollar value this place offers.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Me and my family stayed at windansea house for 2 weeks, we loved everything about it, its a beautiful home, very well located with the beach just at 1 block away (2 min walk). The kitchen, the bedrooms the bathrooms are excellent. we loved and enjoy every minute in that house! you can find everything you need in windansea! :) Thanks for everything we loved our vacations there! I HIGHLY recommend you to stay and enjoy as we did.

My family and I have been renting homes in the La Jolla-Mission Beach area for years. The management company is professional and courteous, far better than some from the past. The home is clean, delightfully yet simply decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is roomy. We would stay here again.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, pet owners, families with young children, families with teenagers.
Great alternative for families with children.

My wife and I spent 5 nights at Casa de Windansea with our three young children. Great place for families! All major attractions are within 15 minutes and plenty of things to do in the La Jolla area that are closer than that. If you are looking for a place to eat we recommend Carino's Italian Restaurant on La Jolla Blvd just south of Pearl. It's cheap, freindly, and excellent. We'll see you on our next trip. Thanks!

nice, spacious property near the beach. immediate neighborhood is not flashy, but safe. mgmt. of the property is very professional. great alternative to a hotel if you have a family with young children.
