The mansion has five bedrooms. Four of them have King Size beds and one has twin beds which allows for comfortably sleeping 10 people. If there is a need, two baby beds are available for rental and can be setup in any of the bedrooms or living rooms. Four generously proportioned couches are also available and could accommodate additional guests. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Three bedrooms have oceanfront views and veranda access, one bedroom overlooks the tropical hammock and palms, and the other is a secluded hideaway that is located in the game room.
Two gorgeous living rooms
The mansion has a colossal great room that comes complete with high cypress ceilings, unbelievable ocean views, a stunning tropical art collection that was acquired all over the world, fans, 60” flat screen Elite color TV, baby grand piano, two large couches and accompanying chairs, a lighted “living reef” etched sculptured glass wall that adorns the staircases and open third floor living room and bar. Multiple sliding glass doors offer veranda access to a large second level covered deck cooled by fans.
The third level living room offers a generously proportioned twin couch sitting area and a gorgeous custom built exotic hardwood wet bar, hand crafted exotic wood custom half bath, 60” flat screen Elite color TV and office with two matching custom built exotic hardwood desks with high speed Internet connections. This room offers awesome views of the ocean and overlook of the pool and beach area as well as the hammock and palm trees. Sliding glass doors offer veranda access to the third and fourth level decks for morning coffee or more lounging opportunities.
Fully equipped game room
Adjacent to the covered deck you’ll find an air conditioned game room complete with regulation pool table, darts, shuffle board, bumper pool table, card table, backgammon set, wet bar, refrigerator, queen size bedroom, color flat screen TV, downstairs washer and dryer and full bathroom. Twin sliding glass doors offer easy access to , covered veranda, pool deck and beach area.
