Newly completed in Seagrove Beach, Intensive Care is an elegant and gracious beach home with fabulous gulf views. Directly across from the beach walkover, this stunning home has 6 bedrooms and 5 baths and sleeps 14 people. Spread over three floors, this home offers the finest in beach vacation accommodations. The home has an elevator (included in rental cost) and a private heated pool (pool heating fees apply of $30 plus tax per day, if heating is desired). Wireless internet is provided.
Ground Floor: Four bedrooms are found on the ground floor. The double bedroom has an LCD TV and two bedside tables with lamps. The twin bedroom has 2 twin beds, bedside table and lamp. The queen bedroom has a 32” TV, dresser, 2 bedside tables with lamps and a private bath with shower. The bunk room (2 twins) has an attached hall bath with tub/shower. Additional hall bath has a tub/shower. Media room has a 50” TV with DVD, large game table with 4 chairs, 3 plush side chairs and a queen sleeper sofa. Screened porch across the front of home is like an outdoor living room with ample cushioned furniture for relaxing (sofa, 4 rockers and other side chairs and tables). Adjacent to the pool area is a mini kitchen with sink, drawer style frig, icemaker, dishwasher, and wine cabinet.
Second Floor: Large open living area features beautiful views, 46” TV, DVD, bookcases stocked with a library full of books, sofa, 4 side chairs, coffee table and a gas log fireplace. Kitchen has gorgeous granite countertops, huge fridge, icemaker, dishwasher, 6 burner gas range, microwave, warming drawer and deep farm style sink. Breakfast bar seats 4. There is a separate dining room with elegant table with up to 8 chairs. One king master bedroom suite has 2 side chairs, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, built-in armoire with 36” TV and private bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Second king master bedroom suite has 2 bedside tables with lamps, 36” TV, armoire and a connecting bath with walk-in shower. Terrace off dining room has a gas grill, outdoor dining table and 4 chairs. Front porch on this level has a swing and 4 rockers – all for enjoying the gulf breezes.
Third Floor: Tower room has a sofa, 4 side chairs, wet bar with beverage fridge, ice maker and dishwasher, plus a 50” TV. Outdoor balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico will have a cocktail height table with 2 chairs plus 4 adirondack chairs.
Outdoors: Garage parking for one car or storage of your beach equipment. Private heated pool (additional $30 per day plus tax heating fee is additional, if heating is desired) with 6 loungers and outdoor shower. Parking for 1 car in garage, 2 or 3 cars in driveway and one more on parking pad.
