Indulge yourself with this rare to find central air-conditioned and newly redecorated, spacious 1,500 square foot villa with its Hawaiian feel that over looks the 16th green of the Kona Coast Resort’s 36 hole golf course (both ocean and mountain courses). Prepare to be pampered with beautiful ocean views from the large lanai and villa entrance. Convenient located, only 12 miles south of the Kona Int’l Airport and 5 miles south of downtown Kona.

Relax in the comfort of our top floor end unit villa with ample amenities. The living/ dining room area is spacious with a queen size sofa sleeper sectional and additional chairs providing extra seating. Dining table that accommodates six. 56” HDTV with cable, DVD player, stereo with CD player. The kitchen is well appointed for entertaining with more than the basics. Full size fridge with ice maker, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dyer, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, cook/ bake ware, dishes, utensils, basic spices and more.

Master bedroom opens up to the lanai with full sliding glass doors has upgraded queen bed, full double vanity private bath, armoire with TV, cable and DVD, ample closet space and reading area.

The second bedroom has upgraded queen bed, armoire with TV cable and DVD as well as ample closet space. Also available is an additional fold out bed and pack and play. The second bathroom is a large full bath.

The lanai is huge with easy access from the living room and the master, patio table with seating for six and gas Bar-Q. Other amenities include ample linens, beach towels, blow dyers, telephones (free local and inter-island calls, long distance requires calling cards: nationwide cells usually work well on the island), High speed wireless unlimited internet access & printer and 2 outside parking spaces.

The resort offers full service recreational facilities including two waterfall swimming pools and three Jacuzzis; one quite pool area with a covered recreational deck and one with a poolside restaurant and bar, live entertainment, fitness center with first rate equipment, sauna, sand volleyball court, tennis courts and jogging paths. The onsite activities desk that can arrange a wide range of island activities including fishing, helicopter tours, scuba just to mention a few as well as children onsite activities including aerobics, painting, crafts and lei making.

A shopping center is directly across the street within walking distance with restaurants, grocery, movies and more. Keauhou Bay is nearby with a wide range of water activities including fishing, boat rentals, scuba, snorkel, kayaking and sunset cruises. Golf is nearby at the Kona Coast Country Club.

  • We stayed at this condo in July 09. It is very clean and well stocked with everything you'll need. It's right off the highway -- minutes from both beaches and town -- with lots of restaurants and shopping. There's a big Supermarket right up the block too. The pools in the development were great for our three year old....and there was a brand new Playpen for smaller kids, so no need to pack that up either. We were very happy with thw whole experience and hope to be back soon.

  • We've stayed at this property on several occasions and we are doing it again twice this year. It's in a very convenient location and gives the vacationer everything one could ask for. No need to drag all your gear, it's there already, from a coffee pot to hefty bags and hair dryers. Everything you need to have a wonderful time, just buy your food. The condo is spacious, comfortable and lovely.
