This is a private location in Deer Park, located on the lake with views of Loon and South Mountain from all three floors. The middle floor has a living and dining area with a fireplace, an eat-in kitchen, full bath, and a private den with a sleeper. The top floor has a master bedroom suite with a full bath (whirlpool) and shower. The lower level has a great room with a fireplace, two bedrooms, and a full bath.
The facility has a recreation center with pool, hot tub and sauna, handball courts, lounge, game rooms, and an outdoor skating rink. Once you have visited Deer Park you will not bother with any other resort in this area, and this unit is one of the best at Deer Park for size, convenience, and location. The kitchen contains everything one needs for cooking. There are three TVs and a VCR. No smoking.
This is truly a four-season resort with a shuttle bus provided to Loon Mountain during vacation weeks and weekends in the winter. This particular unit is as private as you get in a condominium resort, as it is located at the far end of the lake adjacent to state forest property.
Beds include one king, one queen, two twins, and one sleeper sofa.
