Quiet 10-unit complex designed and built in 1961 by Barry Berkus. Modern decor and spacious, with an interior of 1400 square feet and a private patio of 600 square feet. There are stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains from the kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and bath. The living room is large and includes a built in bar. Both bathrooms have been remodeled. There's a flat screen TV/DVD player in the den.

The patio is furnished and includes a brand new Weber gas grill.

Inside and out, it's the perfect home for entertaining!

  • We loved this beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet condo. Pool has a great mtn view & we seemed to be the only ones using it! Grapefruits right outside the front door, completely private patio and walk to D/T Palm Springs. Wonderful!!

  • Very nicely furnished home in a great location! The neighbors were quite friendly and made us feel very welcome. Loved using the Jura Capresso every morning and fresh squeezed grapefuit juice from the front yard!
