Saida Towers is a Beautifully landscaped gated property on the beach including 3 pools (one heated) and hot tubs, Children’s pool, 4 tennis courts, shuffle board, snack bar and bar area by main pool, and plenty of grass area for the kids to play. Direct beach access with chair rentals available. Saida Towers is located on the south end of South Padres Island near the Causeway, close to shopping.
This is the fifth floor corner unit closest to the beach in Saida IV. It has an extra large balcony with a stainless steel gas grill, patio table and chairs, and two lounge chairs. Being a corner unit there are additional windows and views from the bedrooms. All rooms have water views to the Gulf or to the Bay.
Upscale finishes include granite counters throughout, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful tile in the common area. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bar stools, and a dining room table with 6 chairs as well as stunning abstract artwork. The family room includes a built-in wet bar, ceiling fan, and a beautiful sectional sofa with two chairs as well as a 40” LCD TV with DVD player.
The master bedroom includes a pillow-top King size bed, 27” LCD TV with DVD, ceiling fan, and a great beach view. The 2nd bedroom includes a pillow-top queen and twin size beds as well as a TV with DVD player with views of the beach and the bay. New Hardwood Floors in Bedrooms!!!

This is a terrific property--beautifully appointed, comfortable, convenient to everything. My wife and I just returned from a long relaxing Thanksgiving weekend on SPI and had a wonderful time. We are both avid tennis players and particularly enjoyed the 4 courts just outside the door (wish they would put up windscreens, however--a small quibble). Scott was great to deal with, and we're looking to make a return visit soon.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway.

We took our Family Vacation to So Padre and had a FANTASTIC time. Everything we needed was there! We had 4 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of room to spare. The condo is very comfortable and in my opinion this is key while on vacation. The view is fantastic from the balcony and bedroom. VRBO owners, we thank you for everything and highly reccommend your condo for a vacation rental.

We just returned from our trip to SPI, and thorougly enjoyed our stay in the this wonderful condo!! Newly updated with all the amenities you could need. The balcony was very large and being on the corner gave us a spectacular view. Sunrises in the am were gorgeous. Saida complex itself was nicely kept with 24 on site security and easily located to all island restaurants and other activities. Scott, the owner, was very easy to work with. We plan on returning next June or perhaps sooner!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We were so happy with this corner unit. The place was spacious and nice. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and our overall experience can't be topped. We will definately request this unit next year (if not before).

We have stayed in many units at Saida Towers over the past 10 years but this one has to be the BEST. Nicely decorated and plenty of room. We loved the large,corner balcony. The Saida complex overall is still in great condition. We will try to rent this unit again next year! Thanks

Great experience. We have stayed a few times in the Saida towers and this unit was the most updated and best maintained. Beautiful view of the beach. Also, easy in and out. No need to drive to an office to pick up / leave keys. Excellent communication by owner. I highly recommend!
