We are proud of our lake which boasts approx. 1300 MILES of total shoreline and is one of the few lakes which allows homes built on the lakefront. This lovely home is in a cove protected from main channel wake. This makes it ideal for swimming off the swim dock, paddle boating (paddle boat provided) or fishing., still in sight of main channel.

Just minutes from Indian Rock Golf Course, multiplex cinema, old time bowling alley and the town of Laurie with large grocery store, post office and other conveniences. Near toll bridge which gives easy access to famous Premium Outlet Mall with approximately 100 stores, as well as numerous other shops, many, many great restaurants, bars, activities for children (bumper cars, water slides, Bagnell Dam, movies, public caves, world class golf courses etc. Never a dull moment, but also great for relaxing, especially one of the 3 decks for morning coffee, peaceful evening breezes or BBQ on grill provided.(propane gas furnished)
