"Foot Loose and Fancy Free" - a duplex - is the perfect rental for two families vacationing together. Have as much together or separate time as you like! Our home is located at 612 East Ashley, which is third row at Folly and only 11 miles from downtown Charleston. Wonderful beach access walking path directly across the street which puts you 300 feet from beach. Just remodeled - new paint, carpet, furniture, mattresses, and bedding. Tired of cramped bedrooms? All four bedrooms measure 11x14 feet! "Foot Loose" upstairs) is a spacious 1200 square feet and has one king bedroom, one bedroom with three singles, a family room with a pull out sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table that seats eight, and one bathroom.
"Fancy Free" (downstairs) is also 1200 square feet and has one king bedroom, one bedroom with two gueens, a family room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table that seats six, and one bathroom. All beds are made with 100% cotton, 300+ thread count sheets. Each unit also has a washer and dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, microwave, high speed, wireless internet, cable television, and DVD player. Shared gas grill. "Fancy Free" has a dishwasher. There is an interior staircase that can be opened to connect the units. Absolutely no smoking.

Apr, May, Sep ... $1400/week; $800/four nights; $600/three nights
Oct-Mar $ 900/week (except holidays); $500/four nights; $400/three nights
Price does not include 11.5% accommodations tax and $160 cleaning fee.
