After you enter Ocean City, turn left on Baltimore Ave. Pass the fray, the trinket shops, the teenagers, the arcades, the noise. Turn right on 25th St. Park next to your door, near the outside shower. Stretch, inhale the ocean air, hear the surf, relax- you made it!
Unload, no, walk up the ease way to the boardwalk. Check out all the happy people, the Ocean is practically in your front yard.
Inside, you'll enter by the hallway gallery. Each bedroom has cable, big soft beds and lots of pillows and blankets- lots of storage too. The kitchen and the bathrooms are cleaner than the ones at home. The "great room" isn't big but it is great, great for visiting and eating and playing games and watching cable, and it's next to the kitchen.
Throw something in the frig to cool, set the thermostat where you want it, open the front blinds all the way and drink in the view: sun, surf, boardwalk- the outside calls...
Enjoy your deck, rent a bike in the morning(at 29th and Boardwalk), nap on the beach, eat Thrashers(8th or 4th and Boardwalk), dine cheap, dine well at Phillips "Early bird" buffet.

Why the Owner Chose Other Ocean City Properties
I have always loved Ocean City, Maryland!!! I have been coming here since the 60's. The beach house is 2 hours from home. I grew up playing Monopoly- who wouldn't want a place on the Boardwalk?

We rented this condo in Oct. of 2010 and was real clean and real comfortable. The owners were very nice and pleasant. It was the first time we rented a condo, we usually rented a hotel, and we will continue to rent condos. We would recommend this condo to anyone who would ask and may want to rent again next year.
