MASTER BEDROOM has queen size bed, large dresser, and walk-in closet with plenty of storage. Ceiling fan adds comfort. Hair dryer is provided so it's one less item to pack.
LIVING ROOM furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and love seat. The sofa opens into a queen size bed. TV and FREE wireless are included. Dining area for four is off the living room. A ceiling fan helps to keep the enviornment more comfortable.
KITCHEN is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, and silverware.

I moved from Minnesota back in the early 70's to escape the cold weather and fell in love with Arizona. It's the perfect place to live as you can experience all the seasons with just a short drive from anywhere in the state. While I love the snow, I don't have to freeze for six months to experience it but can just hop in the car ski for a day and be back home in time for dinner. What a great state!
Why the Owner Chose Tempe
Tempe is an exciting college town with non-stop activities. Centrally located so that it is easy to get anywhere in the valley or state, just hop on the freeway and you're on your way. Shopping, entertainment, and sports activities provide fun opportunities for everyone.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The perfect location in Tempe with major cross streets Mill Ave and Rio Salado Parkway - near the freeways if you chose to drive. Don't want to bother with a car no problem, Tempe's transit has free shuttle service around the center of Tempe; hop on the light rail which is only a block away and you can ride into Phoenix or Mesa. The best part is walking across the street and enjoying Tempe Beach Park or the Tempe Performing Arts Center. After a busy day, lounge around the pool and listen to the sounds of the waterfall and smell the citrus blooms in spring. Of course the condo is furnished with everything you need to make your stay complete.

I'm a repeat visitor to Tempe. I've stayed at both locations in Tempe Regatta Pointe 1bed 1bath and the Vale 2bed 2bath and enjoyed my stay at both locations. Have to recommend as I have rented here a couple of times and would definitely stay at both places again if they are available on my next trip. Unbelievable nightly entertainment on Mill Avenue. Took the rail to downtown Phoenix to see symphony. Visited the Phoenix Zoo which was much nicer than what I had expected. Didn't hardly move my car for the entire. Thank you Donna for all your courtesies.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Loved staying at your condo. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool but we should have used more sunscreen - not used to that much sun. Furnished with everything we needed. We were able to walk to entertainment at the Tempe Center, enjoyed the park, and night life on Mill. Would definitely chose your place again.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.
