This Historic house was built by Fred Rider, ESQ. in 1883. The honorable Judge Rider was the Town Judge of Ellicottville in the 1880's. Both his son, and his grandson named after him were also judges of the Town of Ellicotville in the 1890's. You will find that this house has retained it's classic qualities, while offering modern comforts.
Located centrally between Ellicottville Proper and Holiday Valley Ski Resort, you are never more than a short walk to all that Ellicotville has to offer, from it's numerous festivals and seasonal activities to it's shopping and antiquing!
