Beautiful, new luxury condo complex right on the ocean in Neuvo Mazatlan. north of Marina el Cid. This building is the historic Pato Blanco Hotel completely renovated into Oceanside Developments' newest complex.
The building, now called Tiara Sands, is 8 stories high and contains only about 60 units. Nearly all have a pool and ocean view as does 511 and 509.
There is a kiddie pool, a long and beautifully restored pool, and hot tub along with a large deck area for sunbathing/reading, etc. above the long sandy beach.In the building is an indoor reception area/lounge which opens on to the pool area, and a large city view terrace off of the 2nd floor mezzanine which will be ideal for morning coffee.
We have a SECOND UNIT on the same floor and at times can accommodate LARGE GROUPS up to a maximum of 16---6bds/4bas total.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Beautiful quite location right on the ocean and yet close to the Golden zone (turistas areas)., the Malacan, and downtown. Great bus and taxi service. A long and quiet beach for walks and runs. Grear amenities and people in the building. The building itself is a historic old hotel (the Pato Blanco or White Duck) that has been completely renovated with all of the modern conviences, but which still retains its classic mexican archetecture and charm.
