Welcome to the Oregon Coast and the Jetty House, a fully furnished, non-smoking, pet-friendly, recycling house.
Share an ocean dream in Historic Bandon. Offering views of Sisters Rocks and the beautiful Oregon coastline, The Jetty House is within walking distance of Historic Bandon with many fine foods, spirits, and shopping. World famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course is a mere 15 minute drive away.
The Jetty House provides peaceful, comfortable accommodations decorated with a mix of antiques and finer finishing touches. With this two story home, the living room, dining room, kitchen and one bedroom are upstairs. The large picture windows afford views of the North and South Jetties, the rocky coastline, and the dunes.
The living area has two sofas, including a futon bed, a TV, DVD/VCR player, and stereo with a CD player. The light, open kitchen has a dishwasher, a bar with stools, and a view of the ocean as you do dishes. A deck off the kitchen is perfect for a bar-b-que or watching the sunset. There is a propane grill available for use upstairs or on the front patio.
The upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in-closet, and a view of the ocean and the Jetty. There is a bath with a tub/shower combination. Offering views of the foredune, the second bedroom is downstairs with a double bed and walk-in-closet. Downstairs is a large entryway with laundry facilities and a third sleeping area with a double futon bed.
If you are not swinging golf clubs, try your hand at crabbing or relax with a stroll along the waterfront, search for agates south of the jetty, or visit a local estuary preserve and delight in the diversity of bird species.
Sit back and enjoy the view. Marvel at the winter storms and collect treasures in the aftermath. See if you can spy a pod of whales migrating against the blue horizon. A spotting scope is conveniently located to assist you!
There is always an antique store or two to catch your eye in Bandon. Famous for their cranberries, local residents welcome visitors to this friendly and uncrowded town.

Two ladies and myself...plus our children decided to take a short vacation from the grind and found the Jetty House. What a great location. Everything we needed was provided and it was great to find such a view! Perfect rental for a couple of families looking to get away! One suggestion: Provide a baby gate for the stairs :) We will be back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

What a wonderful time my family and I spent in the Jetty House!! The house is beautiful and so comfortable within steps of the beach. Plenty of room for the whole family (we had 4 adults and 4 children). Everyone had a very relaxing time from the campfire on the beach to crabbing at Tony's Crab Shack. The town of Bandon and the accomidations of the Jetty House are an experience not to be missed!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
