This modern sunlit, fully air conditioned, family home is located on a private road in a large and very private corner lot in East Quogue, close to Sunrise Highway #27, Exit # 64, just one hour and thirty minutes from Manhattan.

This home consists of a double Cathedral ceiling living room, with direct access to the large size heated pool and garden, an American kitchen fully equipped, three nice size bedrooms each with closets and queen size beds, two full bathroom plus an exterior hot water shower. Each bathroom have shower over tub.
The front and back gardens have mature trees and bushes and are very private and quiet.

The living room which has many windows, is lighted and airy. The sliding doors open to the pool area with a large deck.
Many trees and bushes with flowers enclose this part of the garden and allow lots of privacy, sunshine and shade. The 20' x 40' heated pool is enclosed with a movable child proof fence.

To the right of the living room you will find one of the guest bedroom and on the other side, you will have the other guest bedroom with its own bath (also accessible from the hallway)plus the Master Bedroom with sliding glass door to the garden area. The Master bathroom has also a door giving access to the outside hot water shower. That outside shower can also be accessed from the garden.

The kitchen space includes a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern with all the amenities expected.
Each bedroom and living room in addition of air conditioning have an electric fan on the ceiling.

Quiet street suitable for children'play. There is space for storing bicycles.

Jul: $2,900/week - Aug: $3,100/week. (Independance Day week: additional $300)
Sep: $2,500/week - Oct: $2,200/week.  (Labor Day week: additional $300)
Weekly rentals run Friday 5 PM through following Friday 12 Noon.
Rentals for minimum stay of one week also available from November to April.
