    We had a lovely time staying in this condominium property. It is a well-appointed 3-bedroom condo, within a short drive to Crash Boat Beach, Aquadilla. The owners where easy to work with and we had a very pleasant stay. We would gladly stay here again. -The Fishers

    My husband, son and I stayed in this unit in July, 2010 for 9 days. The unit is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the beautiful pools and just sitting on the balcony in the afternoon watching the sunset. We loved the fact that the complex had gated security. We never had to worry about our safety or that something would happen to our rental car. Dinah was fantastic. We arrived very late and she met us at the complex and provided us with all of the local information that we needed. She had soda and chips for us in case we wanted a snack. would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place to stay. Dinah informed me that air conditioning is being installed in the living areas. I am excited about that as it was VERY hot during our stay! Can't wait to stay again next year!

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    We were nervous going into a rental home, you don't always get what you see but this time we did get what we saw on the website and so much more. The views are beautiful, the grounds very pretty and well maintained. The rental home is just like being home with all the amenities you could need. The owner was very personable, very English and Spanish friendly. That helps. We would definitely recommend this place and we would love to go back. They also have the best Horseback riding close by, Walmart is 15 minutes away, a grocery store down the road, and food, food, food.

    This place is very clean and really nicely decorated and spacious. The pool area and common areas are very well maintained. We stayed in beg. of October and it was extremely hot and humid so we missed having a/c in the living areas and kitchen. The a/c in the bedrooms was very loud. Other than that we had absolutely no complaints. The owners are very nice and went out of their way to meet us at arrival. Communication was easy and our deposit was returned promptly.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

    Beautiful home away from home - apartment was immaculate, complete with all possible amenities to make us comfortable and at home. It was also beautifully decorated and made us feel like we were more like at a 5 star resort. The pools and the sunset views were priceless, after sharing our pictures all our friends and family want to go! We got to meet neighbors at the pools, everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. The owner, a local resident, was very pleasant to work with, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We'll definitely be repeat customers!!

    I had the opportunity to stay at this property from August 1 to 7, 2009. It is truly a home away from home. It had everything I would need to enjoy my vacation yet feel that I was still in my own home. The property was stunning and my family enjoyed spending down time relaxing at the two pools. We did have one problem, however - when we left the property and stayed two nights in a hotel in San Juan we all felt home sick from missing our home away from home. As for the owners - the level of attention they provided to ensure that we would be comfortable in their unit was superb. I would gladly return to this property in the future or recommend this property to anyone.

    My family and I travel on july 09 we loved it! It was clean and comfrtable not to mention beautiful. The owners were very nice and out going. The location was great next to beach and rt 2 and airport.I would definetly go again.

    My husabnd and I stayed at the condo for a week in June. It was fabulous! The condo has everything you need and it it very spacious. The owners of the property were very nice and accomodating. We will definately stay there again.

    Location, layout and ammenities are as described in the ad. Nice layout, top-of-the-line amenities; everything you need for a perfect vacation. Excellent customer service; the owner lives just minutes away and goes out of his way to make your stay just perfect. Very neat, just bring groceries. Some of the best beaches that I've ever seen. Definitely would recommend this place to family or friends.

    I would definitely recommend this place, I was really beautiful, the owners did not skip in any detail to make the property comfortable; the pool and the beach were really close; perfect for my two years old toddler. The owner was there if we need any advice; my deposit was returned according to the agreement. Conclusively a perfect vacation spot for future vacations.

    We had a welcoming package on the kitchen counter! The owner went the extra mile pleasing us. Very clean and just needed groceries. We will be back next year.
