Decorated for the discriminating vacationer, relax in this beautifully appointed, beachfront condo at the Dunes of Seagrove located just off of scenic County Road 30-A in the South Walton Beach Area.
Enjoy the morning sunrise or your evening dinner from the huge private balcony with an awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico AND view of the 7500 square foot beachside pools and hot tub. Both are incredible views. You can determine whether the ocean is calm or angry each day and watch the vacationers enjoying the sun or a stroll along the beach, or you check out the two giant pools just below you, go for a pool swim, and then a walk along the beach. The pools are lighted for a spectacular evening view, too. For your shelling and beachwalking pleasure, the Dunes is located on 300 feet of pristine white sands and to the east it is approximately a 1/4 mile stroll to the endless privacy of Deer Lake State Park protected Gulf front land.
The living and kitchen areas are perfect for relaxation and entertaining. Enjoy the incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico while dining on a beautiful glass top table or enjoying a casual meal on the bar stools. The Living Room features custom draperies and coordinating furniture and accessories that will add to your vacation pleasure. You can even keep an eye on the Gulf while watching a VCR or DVD movie, listening to the stereo or CDs and relaxing in comfortable living room furniture, including a leather recliner. The kitchen is fully-equipped for all of your culinary needs and was custom designed to include lots of extra cabinets and countertop space not found in other Dunes of Seagrove units.
There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms with private baths and an adorable bunkroom for the kids (not hallway bunks). The Master Bedroom features a King size bed with custom bedding and draperies, a sitting area, 27 inch TV with VCR/DVD player and access via eight foot sliding glass doors to the huge balcony that overlooks the two giant pools AND the gulf of Mexico. The Master Bath has jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The Guest Bedroom is also tastefully appointed with custom bedding and draperies, Queen size bed, TV/VCR, and access directly to the guest bathroom. The kids will love the bunkroom featuring custom bedding and two built-in Twin size bunkbeds. The room is decorated in vibrant colors featuring shells, fish and custom framed original artwork drawn by our children.
The Dunes of Seagrove also features a fitness center with top of the line equipment, sauna, steam room, tennis court, and meeting rooms. You can even rent bikes for a fun-filled day along the endless bike paths of senic County Road 30-A.
You are approximately two miles from Seaside Village, five miles from Rosemary Beach, and a 15-20 minute drive to the famous Silver Sands Outlet Shops in Destin. There are also loads of restaurant choices within minutes including a range from four star restaurants to affordable dining.

We had such a wonderful time! From the second we called and booked, we had a pleasant experience. We loved how easy it was to get down to the beach. It was such a beautiful, clean beach, too! Our kids, 4 and 7, had a great time. They loved being able to snorkel and kayak. We also found more crabs than we have ever found at night! Being close to Seaside without being on a congested beach was wonderful, too. We appreciate being able to stay in your condo so much!
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Thanks for a great time and great place. We came with my husband, his mom, and our kids and we were all comfortable and so relaxed here. Love the peace and quiet down this way, but we're close to everything too! We'll definitely return.

When we first walked down the corridor, I was disappointed because I thought we were more "ocean front" but the minute we walked in, all those thoughts were gone... its so beautiful, stylish and comfortable!! Then even with Hurricane Bonnie trying to rain on our parade - we didn't care. It was a great relaxing time. The pool is great - great size for our 11yo girl/13yo boy. We like the location - out of the noise of Destin, or crowdedness of Seaside - but easy to drive to for supplies. It was all good. Thanks.

We are so sad that tonight is our last night. We have loved your beautiful and cozy condo and had the best, most relaxing time. We have spent this week with another of our couple friends from Sunday School and hope to return next summer with the new addition to our family. She's coming this fall! We had a wonderful time staying in your beach house. Our two boys (7yrs and 4yrs) loved every minute of it. We saw a green sea turtle while swimming on Wednesday AM; it came right up to the boys. Sand crabing at night on the beach was hard to beat. Your place is beautiful - Thank you for sharing it with us.

Our family had a relaxing and fun filled week here at your place. Your attention to every detail made us feel right at home. We all hope you never change a thing! The children especially liked the bunk room. Grandma was comfortable in the guest room , and of course the master was perfect for we tired parents! You will hear from us soon for a repeat get-away.
