This unit is located on the beach. It is within walking distance of 2 major hotels and the use of all their amenities.
It is also a short walk to a shopping plaza where there are many different dinning areas, Italian, Irish, Seafood and a sports bar just to name a few. There is also the best movie theater ever. They serve dinner and beer and wine while you watch the feature films.
The food is great! As for the beach, there is nothing like it. 2.5 miles of glorious beach with beautiful shells to collect and display. The sunsets are magnificent. Even when it rains, you'll still see a sunset on Marco Island.
The Somerset is so convenient to just about everything you almost won't need a car. So come down, relax and enjoy the view. You can't get much closer to paradise than this. If your traveling with a large family - we also have a 3br/3ba unit right next door. Let us know if your interested and we'll give you the details. Please be aware there is a condo application form and fee that is required to be completed and approved by the asasociation before a rental can start. Therefore, we would need app. 2 - 3 weeks notice inorder to complete paperwork.
