La Paz is a truly Mexican town on the Sea of Cortez.
Our unit is on the first floor and has two connected patios with ocean views and surf sounds. The unique six story condominium building sits right on the beach in the amazing Bay of La Paz.
Our condominium offers you accommodation for up to 4 guests. There are two (2) queen beds in the bedroom.
Interior was updated in the past year. A couch that pulls out to a full size bed, one full bath, a large living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
At La Concha, when you step onto your patio you will be less than 200 feet from the water...
Snorkel or scuba dive over miles of stunning untouched coral reef teeming with brilliant exotic fish.
Maybe you’d like to try your hand at deep-sea fishing, sailing, or renting your own vessel for the day? There are many activities just waiting for you!
La Paz is the capital of the state of Baja California Sur, It is a real Mexican city with just a the right touch of tourism. It offers a balance between small city activities and tranquility and, at the same time, is central to exploration of whale watching further north, art and architecture in Todos Santos, and the full-on tourist activities in the Mecca of Cabo San Lucas, 90 miles to the south.
Although we are located next to the hotel this is a stand alone condominium building, with its own pool, hot tub and is very quiet. You can go to the front desk of the hotel and create a charge and be able to bill food and drink and even room service to your room during your stay. It is like having the best of both worlds, a resort atmosphere with good food, drinks, and some great people watching, and than you can walk back to your own pool and relax in the peace and quiet of a condo area that usually has less than 25% of the units occupied at any one time. This place is true paradise with so many options at your doorstep.

- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Homeowner Association does not allow us to rent to folks traveling with children under 14. Sorry.

We just had the most wonderful time in La Paz! The area has one of the most diverse flora and fauna I have ever come across. Fishing, snorkling and scuba-diving opportunities nearby. Great, clean safe beach steps away from our front door, and a wonderful pool and patio area. The staff was extremely professional and always working to keep the building clean and the grounds well-groomed. Beverly's condo has a wonderful view from her two patios that we spent much time on in the mornings and evenings. The city of La Paz is the real thing, with everything you would want in a small Mexican city: great, well-kept Malecon, wonderful markets, great cultural center, and restaurants for all price points. A short drive (5-6 km) to the town center from La Concha, my friend and I leisurely walked it one day, and it took about an hour. A great form of exercise! Beverly, the owner, was amazing! When I got sick the day before our scheduled departure, my husband emailed her to ask if we could stay another night. She had people coming in right after us, but went out of her way to actually contact another condo owner directly to arrange for an extra night for us at their place. An incredible act of kindness! Gracias Beverly! We will be forever grateful and will always hold La Paz close to our heart and burning in our memories. :-P

I would definitely recommend staying at this condo to anyone visiting La Paz. Great safe and secure gated property, on the water and close to town. The owner was so nice and very easy to work with.

We had a great time here! Beverly (the owner) was easy to work with and so was the staff at La Concha. The condo is right on the beach - a really great location! We cooked our own breakfasts every morning and ate on the patio overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The secure parking was a nice feature. For a late lunch or dinner there were plenty of great dining options in town. We were there at an unusual cold spell (for Mexico) and northern winds made the sea too choppy for boating - so we never got to Isla Ispiritu and the sea lion colony (next time!). We did enjoy beautiful Balandro beach and rugged Pichilingue which were about a 20 minute drive from the condo. (There is also public bus service to these beaches). The malecon (boardwalk) was great for a stroll into town, and we also walked the "high road" which gets you very close to the grand stone structure of the cliffs and also provides great panoramas of the sea. Looking at the palm of your right hand, La Paz would be located near the first joint of your thumb. So even though we were on the East coast of the Baja Peninsula we could see the sun set over the Sea of Cortez every evening. This is done nicely from the hot tub or the pool, just a few steps from Beverly's condo. This ground floor apartment was convenient, quiet and clean. I would recommend this vacation spot to adults, young adults and parents with well behaved children. We hope to return and enjoy some snorkeling and diving in better weather.

The Condo is great and has everything you need! Bottom floor with great access to the pool and jacuzzi. Resort is next door with Sunset Bar & resturant. Great place to watch the boats go by and the incredible La Paz sunsets.

Very nice property, clean, well furnished and equipped. Beautiful ocean view from either patio door. Short stroll to the hotel restaurant and the poolside La Palapa bar. La Concha seems very safe & secure. The property owner was very easy to work with, great communication. This was my 6th time to La Paz, 4th time to La Concha, 1st time to this condo unit. I plan on returning.

My wife and I had a fabulous vacation in La Paz. Our stay at this condo was great, everything was clean and in good condition. The condo is well located right at the beach. The owner was easy to work with and we look forward to another vacation at this condo in the near future.
