Palazzo is probably THE nicest condominium in Panama City Beach (PCB). Palazzo is only 129 units (17 floors), making its 220' of beach front far less crowded than most other PCB condos. It has a unique, elevated gulf-front pool and spa, decorative waterfall, gulf-front lobby, and three high speed elevators. The unique over sized balconies are rare to find. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy dinner at a full size dining room table while other guests enjoy the recliners, all while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
The upgraded kitchen has stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and granite counter tops. Our 14th floor unit has upgraded tile floors throughout (with area rugs where appropriate). 9' ceilings for an airy feel; along with floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows and sliding doors that open to the beachfront balcony from both the Living Room, and Master Bedroom. Our unit also has its own high speed wireless internet access; as does the lobby.
Palazzo is on the west end of PCB, within walking distance of the beautiful new "Pier Park"--a terrific, pedestrian-friendly area with shopping, dining, movie theaters, and town park. The beaches on the west end of PCB are less crowded than those on the east end of PCB. An inexpensive trolley service makes it easy to ride up and down Front Beach Road to visit PCB's restaurants and bars.

Great Place, awesome view, beautiful beach

We went down with a another family of 3 and had plenty of room, Condo was beautiful, beach was less crowded in front of Palazzo than other condos because it had less rooms which was a real plus, walked to pier park, ate at a great place called Dusty's within walking distance, great raw oysters, grouper sandwiches and wings!! employees at condo friendly and helpful, one of the boys went parasailing right outside of condo. Condo large inside, clean, decorated nicely and great large deck overlooking the beach, Would definitely return and recommend this unit. We were there the fourth of July week 2011 and had a great seat watching the fireworks over the the pier. Owner very friendly, helpful and easy to work with as well.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
