This cottage is available for the first time for the 2009 season after a complete remodel this Spring. It is a very nice 3 BR, 1 Bath private home located on Sand Lake. Sand Lake is a very clean 928 acre lake located close to the town of Stone Lake. Sand Lake is an excellent fishery known for its walleye, musky and pan fish. It is located within a very quiet and well-maintained group of 4 private homes that share about 400 ft of shoreline. Two of the homes are used infrequently so you have a lot of privacy. There is a very "kid friendly" sand beach to enjoy and you have your own dock space. The elevation is perfect with no stairs to deal with. The cottage was recently remodeled this Spring with a new kitchen and added deck.
The Town of Stone Lake is just minutes away so you may conveniently shop at the Co-op grocery store, coffee shop, wine store, laundry,etc. You are centrally located to many of the other Hayward area lakes and there are many, great restaurants nearby. You will not be disappointed with this charming, very clean cottage that is available at a price that is easy on the budget.
