  This property is ideally located 10 min from Disney, Sea World, Discovery Cove (a must to visit) and many other places in Orlando. Shopping is walking distance and there's a grocery store 2 minutes down the road. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the water slide. The condo was very spacious for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) and was quiet. Kitchen was fully equipped and clean. If you plan to do laundry or use the dishwasher (or do any dishes) be sure to bring some detergent with you so you don't have to purchase too much. Only drawback was that the people working at this location were very cranky. They were cordial but less than helpful/friendly - esp. the concierge. Food at the Irish pub/restaurant on the property is not so hot. Pool bar coffee/food was limited in choice but reasonable since there isn't a kitchen there.

  Just got back from a great vacation. Kimberly was so great to work with and very prompt getting back with any questions we had. Her unit was clean and very spacious and had most everything we needed for our stay. Great, great location. Only a few minutes drive to all of the parks. Could even see Sea World from her balcony. The pirate pool was a big hit with the little grandkids. Walk in entry on one side of the ship so you didn't have to worry about the children walking into a deep end. We all had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this property to all my family and friends.

  Kimberly is definitely great to deal with; responsive, helpful and friendly. The condo itself was clean, quiet and spacious. However, there were no dish towels or wash cloths for dishes or counters or cleaning supplies. And no coffee filters! There was a sign saying they had Starbucks coffee, the first pot "on us" but no coffee to be found and no filters. We had luckily brought our own coffee and ended up using a paper towel for a filter. In fact, ended up using paper towels for a lot of things! Overall, a great stay and would stay again and would recommend it to friends. The location is easy to get to and close to attractions.

  Owner response: Thanks for your feedback. I'm so sorry that the Unit wasn't supplied w/dishcloths and dishrags. It typically always is..maybe just an oversight on the last Cleaning. Usually a call to the front desk, takes care of everything! I found the Starbucks Coffee as well! It's actually coffee inside a filter all in one..you just throw in the top of the pot. Glad that most everything else met your needs though! ~Kimberly

  Let me start by saying that Kimberly is an absolute gem to work with! She is so helpful in the planning of your trip and stay at her condo. The condo itself is very nice and perfect for a weeks stay in lovely Lake Buena Vista. Everything you need is right there and the condo is well appointed.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Kimberly, your condo was wonderful, comfortable. We needed a home and this felt like one to us. The pool was so much fun, the kids enjoyed it everyday, even in the rain! The condo was spacious and very, very clean.We enjoyed the kitchen, size of the rooms, it was perfect for our family of 5, lots of space. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We purchased our park ticket's from them. Kimberly, thank you so much for all your help, you always kept in touch, you are very kind and helpful. It was you that convinced us to go on the cruise again, which was AMAZING!! you were right! Will definitely come back to your condo, it's our Florida home now, lol. Thank you again Kimberly for everything.

  Kimberly's place was great! The condo was clean & comfortable. The kids loved the pool & we loved the hot tub! We would definitely rent this condo again!

  Spent a relaxing vacation at Kim's condo in July. I am ready to go again. Love the location, having laundry facilities in our condo, parking in the garage, kitchen facilities, etc. Highly recommend.

  Kimberly was great to deal with. The property is even better in person. Spacious accomodations, comfortable beds, great to have the kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every day and could bring our own snacks/drinks to the theme parks. Kitchen has most necessary amenities but couldn't seem to find a dish cloth for drying dishes and would have liked a small laundry basket to make doing laundry easier. This was a corner unit which made it very quiet and private with a peaceful view. We could see the Sea World fireworks from the balcony. The rate is amazing for a 3 bedroom unit. Loved having the in room laundry. Located very close to everything ie. theme parks, grocery/shopping, restaurants etc. Did not use the shuttle service as we rented a car and preferred to drive. Was able to find parking easily and always close to our door. On location amenities were great with having on site convenience store and pizza hut express (yumm), On site pub was disappointing. Ate there upon arriving and found food to be terrible. Pool area is even better than the photos. My son LOVED the large pool with the waterslide in the pirate ship. I loved the hot tub before bed. Perfect for cooling off or winding down at night. Towels were provided. Poolside bar was convenient and great for buying late night ice cream bar snack. Very glad we chose this condo and would consider staying here again. Would also recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Orlando.

  Very nice property, very clean, spacious, good amenities, and fairly close to Disney and Universal. Good location to shopping and restaurants. Only drawback is limited, and very cramped, covered parking spaces Outdoor parking can be limited as well. Overall an excellent property and looking forward to staying at this property again.

  This property was perfect for our family. There were 5 of us (including my mother and sister). The property location was perfect to the parks, shopping, and a few restaurants. It was great to have a place to which we could retreat at the end of a long day in the park - I loved that this provided us with separate living and sleeping areas. Having a kitchen saved us a ton of money by being able to eat breakfast in the morning and pack snacks for the day. The pool was also a welcome in the hot afternoons. We took advantage of shuttle service on a couple of occasions and that worked great for our needs those days - other days we drove the short, easy drive to the park. Kimberly was great to work with! We couldn't be more pleased with our overall experience and stay. We found the staff to be most helpful, check in was quick and easy. We even ordered groceries from the link on the resort web page. We arranged for them to be delivered the evening of our arrival. We checked in and went to dinner and when we came back, the resort staff had delivered the groceries to our condo and put away the cold items for us. Ordering the groceries online was a sanity saver - kept me from having to go to the grocery after 10 hours in the car all day - nice to have it waiting on us for a nominal fee, totally worth it!!! The condo is very well stocked, extremely comfortable and a true bargain. We ate dinner twice at Frankie Farrel's on the property - great burgers! Kim, thank you again!!
