I loved this condo..so quiet and loved having the master bedroom on one side and the other 2 bedrooms on the other where the kids slept. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We all slept great. Very close to Disney and a very affordable nightly rate for a 3 bedroom. Kimberly was very nice and we will definitely stay here for our next Disney trip!

Exceptional option for any stay in Orlando

First, the owner is amazing and incredibly helpful. When our group of travelers expanded beyond what her listed unit could accommodate she helped us upgrade to the next larger unit with an incredible view! She returned calls & emails promptly and was a true pleasure to work with! I hope I get the opportunity to work with her again someday! The unit I stayed in wasn't hers, but the resort and our room was identical to what she had listed for her unit. The pool is fantastic, the adults in our party were more excited about the pirate ship than kids could ever be. Everything was clean and well-kept, when we needed more toilet paper the staff was quick in acommodating our request in a very timely manner. The location is excellent; if you're planning on doing the Orlando attractions it takes no time to get to WDW property and only 15-20 minutes to Universal, Sea World is only 7 minutes.The outlets next door are nice and there is a more upscale outlet mall 5 minutes away off S. Int'l Dr, Prime Outlets. There are tons of restaurants, both familiar chains (Chick-fil-a, Perkins, Chevy's, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, etc) w/i a 5 minute drive (plus much more w/i a 15 minute drive) and some local joints too. As an Orlando native, familiar with the area's good spots and bad spots I feel that I couldn't have found a better spot for us. I am sooo thankful I discovered this wonderful accommodation option!

My 2 twin daughters, 4 years old, were originally scheduled to go in Sept 2011. Needed to cancel and re-scheduled for April 2012. Unfortunately, a family emergency required immediate attention. Had to cancel a 2nd time. The professionalism and understanding of Kimberly was A+. In this day where client relationships are lackluster, she is a breath of fresh air. When we do finally decide to visit Briar Rose and Jasmine, I will reserve only thru Kimberly.

The unit was perfect for us and our adult children and their spouses. This unit is on a corner and very quiet. It was easy to drive and park at the theme parks. The pizza hut and the Irish pub were perfect for a couple of quick meals. We would definitely come back here.

We loved our stay at Lake Buena Vista Resort! The condo was incredibly quiet and spacious and was a great "home base" after 4 busy days at the parks. We even had my parents stay in a condo down the hall which worked out really well. We loved having the kitchen to eat breakfast and play games. The covered parking was great too. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Condo and Greater Location to Disney!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo last week. The location to Epcot and the rest of disney couldn't be better. It was nice to be able to spread out in the 3 bedrooms instead of having the family stay on Disney property in a hotel room. The owner was super nice and friendly. A Wonderful Surprise!!!!!!

The Resort was a down to earth, family friendly, wonderful surprise!!!! Clean, updated, friendly staff with great amenities. Even though Kim didn't have any availabilities for the dates we needed she went out of her way to accomadate us to another owners unit. All we did was basically take her advice on every matter and it paid off. We had 5 kids ranging between 3 and 7 and they felt, as we did, that we were staying in Disneyworld for a fraction of the cost. I rarely have the time to leave feedback for anything or anyone but Kim certainly deserved this one by far. We are looking forward to coming back here soon. Thank you Kim for all your help. Wonderful condo...perfect for large family

With four kids we often have difficulty finding suitable accomodations where we are all comfortable...but not so with this condo. What a wonderful stay! The rooms were big - my husband and I were thrilled to have our own master suite...sure beats sleeping on the pull out sofa in the hotel rooms. It was nice to have our own kitchen...it really cut down on eating out (and expenses!). The staff was friendly. The pool was beautiful and the poolside bar was an added bonus. Thank you for a wonderful stay...we will be back and we will be telling our friends about your property.

I worked with Kim since August of last year when I booked the room with her. I went on to have a very rough year and when the time came to book the flight I booked for the wrong week. I did not even notice it until two weeks before we were set to leave! We had family traveling from Alabama, and Philadelphia. I called Kim in a complete panic and she quickly and calmly rearranged our entire stay herself and got us a different equivalent room by the next day! She even bargained to get us the equivalent rate! There is not a finer example of excellent customer service that I have experienced that even comes near this. Kim makes your vacation her concern and priority! The property was excellent. I will also never care to stay in Disney when there is such spacious places like this to stay instead. The parking fees are a drag when you don't stay in Disney, but I recommend becoming a AAA member and getting your park tickets through them. There is no tax on the tickets which makes them cheaper than anywhere else I found and it comes with Diamond Member parking which puts you in a lot right up front even when the lots are full.We had a wonderful vacation!

We recently returned from our week-long stay at Kim's condo; mom and dad, 2 kids and one set of grandparents. What a wonderful trip! We've stayed on Disney property before but never again! This is a great condo. It is specious, clean, and the grounds are well maintained. My boys, ages 6 & 11, enjoyed swimming at the pirate ship pool. In fact, when we were at Magic Kingdom standing in line to go on a ride (60 min. wait), my 6 year old said he had enough and he just wanted to go back to the condo to swim. The condo is conveniently located to all of the Disney attractions, plus there are many other things to do nearby like miniature golf course and go-cart tracks. After a long day at the parks, it was also nice to have the Pizza Hut and Irish Pub in the same complex. We hope to be back soon!

wonderful family resort

thanks so much to Kim for being our personal Disney guide, answering all our questions, as we took our 2 grandkids to Disney for their very first time. The resort is all that is advertised. The pool area is really wonderful and our only regret is that we had so little down time to enjoy it more. The front desk people need better training in helping guests drive to the parks. They gave us such ridiculously complex directions and made us think we were much further away than we really were. Other than that, we had a marvelous spacious living space with fully equipped kitchen and in house laundry machines. The money we saved we splurged on character breakfasts, and gifts for the kids. Kim was wonderful and whoever is lucky enough to find her on VRBO will be most fortunate.

I stayed at Kimberely's condo over Christmas 2010 with my husband and 3 kids. It is SUCH a nice place and we had more than enough room. A great location being close to all the attractions- as we did Seaworld, Disney and Universal Studios. Also a great bonus that there is a couple of resturants on-site and the outlet mall within walking distance. I would DEFINATELY reccomend this condo. Thank you Kimberely!

First Disney Visit with Kids

I wanted to start by saying thank you greatly to Kimberly as her condo was a huge part of our wonderful first family trip to Disney. The accomodations were spacious, incredibly clean, and very comfortable for mom, dad, mimi, papa, Riley, and Libby. Also, having a kitchen allowed us to save a significant amount of money as the theme park food was outrageous. Normally, when we stay in a hotel as a family, we trip all over each other. Kimberly's condo was the perfect size for a fairly large group. I was very glad that we made the choice to stay at Lake Buena Vista in lieu of a Disney property. We saved money, and I feel that we ended up with more comfortable accomodations. Unfortunately, it was very cold by Orlando standards during our trip. Our kids can't wait to visit again and take advantage of the outdoor resort amenities, particularly the large pool with the pirate ship. Thanks, Kimberly, you were very helpful leading up to our trip, and your condo exceeded our expectations. Hopefully, we'll be able to stay there again.

Great October vacation

We had a wonderful time at LBV resorts and were pleasantly surprised with how close to the parks it was. Pool was a fabulous late afternoon treat and we were easily able to relax poolside, shower, eat dinner in the condo and be back at the parks for some night time fun. This condo was a perfect accomodation for us - Mom, Dad, three daughters and Grandma - on our trip to Orlando. It is a great balance between the privacy of one's own home and the luxuries of a hotel. We did not hire the daily cleaning service, so were left undisturbed while "at home", but appreciated having a front desk and concierge who were professional and sincerely friendly. It is clean, and very spacious. There was plenty of space in the master suite for a pack 'n' play. (The hotel had the pack 'n' play and a highchair ready for us in the condo.) Suitcases disappeared into the large walk in closet. The beds were comfortable. The upright chairs in the living room, which look a little stiff in the photos, are padded and cozy. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the laundry was a great benefit. This condo, in particular, has a view of a lush Florida forest which displays enchanting layers of mist in the early morning as the sun rises over it. We didn't hear any of our neighbours through the walls, nor were we disturbed by any sounds from outside. The pool is perfect for all ages. The little ones who can't swim benefitted from the shallow entry, and the oldest one couldn't keep off the waterslide. The location is perfect for tourists of Disney, Universal and Sea World which are minutes away. There is a fantastic Marian shrine with a phenomenal choir just up the road next to the Prime Outlet Mall which has a greater variety of stores than the mall by the hotel. In addition to Walmart, there is a Publix close by for groceries. We had done a lot of browsing for accomodations in the area, and it was interesting to see many of the properties we had become familiar with on-line as we drove around the area. But nothing appealed to us more than this resort. We highly recommend it and would stay here again ourselves.

We can not say enough about how much we loved this resort and condo!! Kim is wonderful to work with..so accomadating!! The condo is spacious and so comfortable..The kids loved having their own rooms and bathroom..My 4 yr old took a jacuzzi every night:)..We enjoyed the balcony every night, so relaxing, a beautiful view and could see nightly fireworks from Sea world..We loved having the laundry in the unit..So nice to come home with clean clothes..The kids loved going down to get pizza and the Irish pub was delicious and affordable..The pool is fabulous!!! Clean and lots of fun for kids..The resort is literally 8 minutes from Disney Enterance and to me, much more convienent than staying in the park..Walmart is less than 5 minutes and we saved tons of money on snacks and drinks..Walmart even had cute Disney souveniers...I would definately recommend having your own car as the shuttle only runs twice in am and twice in pm..Kim, We Thank you so much for your hospitality and will definaltely be back next summer!! Great Vacation

First of all, I want to say that Kimberly was wonderful to work with. She answered all my emails promptly (and there were a lot) and she made the whole process very easy. This place is awesome! The condo is very spacious and having a washer/dryer in the unit is wonderful (no mountains of laundry to do when we got home). Having a full kitchen was great too even though we did eat out some of the time (too many good restaurants in the area not to). We all enjoyed the pool area which is where we spent our afternoons every day. The sundeck was nice when we wanted a quiet place to lounge in the sun while the kids played in the pool. Grocery stores are nearby and of course the outlet stores are right next door. If you want to venture to the beach, access to SR 528 "Beachline" (used to be called the Beeline) via SR 417 "Greeneway" is right around the corner. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had and we will definitely be coming back.

We booked the resort for mid Sept but decided to make a quick weekend trip a few weeks ago. We called Kim and her place was not available but she was quick to find us another unit and got us a great deal too!! Kim is the best, she answered all me emails and calls right away and really made this last minute trip come together. We got to the resort and checked in really quick. We were all shocked at the size of the place. It was HUGE!! We usually stay in hotel rooms so it was so nice to have a full Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, the wife loved the jacuzzi tub too. We have a 4 year old and 2 year old and they loved the place too. The pirate ship pool is so cool and I think we could have spent the whole weekend hanging and playing by the pool. We really cannot wait until Sept when we go back for the week. We never even checked the whole resort out so we have alot left to see. The resort and the rooms were so clean and the staff was super nice. It really is a great place and the price is the same or cheaper than most hotels I looked at. Call Kim and she will seal the deal. She helped us out and made it so easy to book. Thanks again Kim!!!

We Didn't Want to Leave!

AMAZING! We were very nervous at first since this was our first vacation rental by owner. After first talking to Kimberly with our basic questions, she provided us with several references. All those references spoke very highly of the Kimberly, the condo, the property, the amenities and the close location to practically everything. As the months passed, I emailed Kimberly probably more than two dozen times, and each time, a very prompt, super friendly response was given (even on the most basic silly questions). We would absolutely, positively rent from her again. I look forward to keeping up communication with her, and we look forward to renting from her again in two years when our family returns for another Florida vacation. I would recommend this property to everyone. We chose to book through Kimberly to save the sales tax, so that allowed us more spending money for our vacation. We received a confirmation after booking, and she seemed really flexible about cancellation if the need should arise (which many renters are not flexible at all). The condo was very clean and very quiet. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, the ceiling fans were delightful, the two bathrooms were a Godsend; in addition, there was ample closet space and a room safe. The view from the balcony was awesome, and it was nice to have a table and chairs to sit on after a long day in the Disney Parks. The pictures on Kimberly’s website accurately portray the condo and the property. The washer and dryer were also great, as we didn’t have to pack as much clothes. The covered parking garage kept our van out of the sun and a bit cooler, as well. The staff seemed friendly. The drive to WalMart took four minutes, and having a full kitchen was a blessing for our big family of six. What we saved on water bottles alone was probably a full day Disney pass. We really enjoyed the two pools. One was more quiet and had some shade, the other a bit more busy with a poolside bar. We ordered pizza from the Pizza Express and enjoyed the restaurant on the property as well. The little convenience store carried just about everything you’d need, too. It just was SO CLOSE to everything. We timed a drive to Epcot at 8 minutes! And after a long very hot day of walking around, an eight minute drive back to a cold pool is a blessing!

A great family vacation

We celebrated my daughter's first birthday at the LBV Resort and had such a great time. The condo was spotless and accommodated our crew of 6 adults and 1 child just perfectly. And talk about convenience, the resort was equipped with a great little carry-out mart and a delicious irish pub. It was also minute from Epcot. The pool was a nicehot spot with the zero entry area for the little kids and fun pirate ship with a slide for the big kids. Of course the adults enjoyed the pool side bar. We will defitely try to make this an annual occasion.

The resort is wonderful. My family and I could not have asked for more. My children (ages 6 and 3) had so much fun at the condo. The pool was unreal...the kids wanted to stay there rather than go to Disney a few days! The staff were very helpful and professional, and the property itself is clean and well maintained. On a side note, I must give kudos to Kimberly Brucker, who helped me reserve our 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. Her condo was not available during the time we were there, but she was able to provide me with an Owner’s Referral for another condo. She also was a wealth of knowledge about the complex (I sent a million emails to her with all my little questions, and she took the time to answer all of them!) THANK YOU KIMBERLY!!! I HIGHLY recommend this complex. It is so close to the parks (we were at all the Disney park within 10 mins). It is great for families or a couple looking for some R&R.

I researched many places to stay before deciding on this condo. Kim was so easy to work with and was very helpful. The pool area was great, the kids loved the pirate ship and water slide. The pool side bar and grill had wonderful food and great prices! It's so nice to come "home" at the end of the day and enjoy a nice dinner. Thank you so much Kim, we will stay here again!

Kimberly's condo was awesome! Everything we needed was available, condo was immaculate and there was plenty of room for our party of 8. Wonderful location to Disney. We checked the mileage and it was right at 2 miles. Kimberly was easy to work with, always responded promptly and we lucked out when we found her property. Will definetly contact her again when we head back to Disney. We are a prett picky family when it comes to vacation lodging and this condo exceeded our standards! What a wonderful vacation!

We loved staying at Kim's condo. Making the arrangements with her was so easy. She responds to e-mail with answers to questions very quickly. The condo is lovely..and so convenient. Our group of 5 adults and 1 child has plenty of room. Getting to Disney couldn't have been easier. The zero entry pool with the ship was a big hit. It's a nice retreat from the theme park. My grandaughter (3 1/2) actually actually asked to leave Magic Kingdom early one afternoon to go back to the condo/pool. We had a great experience and will recommend this condo to anyone who wants 3 bedrooms close to Disney!

We LOVED it! As a part of a "Mommy & Me" weekend with friends, my 2 year old daughter and I had a fantastic time. The proximity to Disney was perfect, the room was even nicer in person and my daughter can't stop talking about the pirate pool! It was easy to work with Kimberly and we are ready to go back soon! Thanks again for renting your condo, I intend to recommend you to all friends and family taking a Disney vacation (as long as they let me come too!)

We can't thank Kimberly and her family enough for sharing their Disney condo with us. It was so much more than what we had hoped for. We were 3 adults and 2 children. So much better than a hotel room. Lots of space and so clean. The kids loved having their own room and TV. The bath tub was huge hit too. Not to mention the pirate ship and the pool area, so much fun. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning, watching the sun come up over orlando. I was able to make lunches and snacks for our long and fun days at Disney. Which is just down the street. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Staying at this resort added so much to our vacation. We will be back :)
