This beach cottage, new in 2008, is located in the first private beach community north of the Town of Bethany Beach, and sixth house from the beach. It has an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, a laundry room, and master suite located on the main floor. Upstairs are another master suite; two additional bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and one with a twin-over-full bunk and 1 twin Murphy bed; and a full bathroom. House has dual zone central air, washer and dryer, one HDTV and one standard TV each with cable, one DVD player, and wireless broadband internet access. In addition, there is a deck, outdoor shower and charcoal grill. No smoking or pets allowed.
The neighborhood is made for families with children. There is minimal traffic, and it is easy to walk or bike into Bethany on uncongested roads—no biking on the highway! Lifeguards are present daily from the June 15th through Labor Day to guard our uncrowded beach. Come enjoy some easy living away from the crowds!
Bethany Beach is a quaint summer town with many options for shopping and dining. It is 20 minutes north of Ocean City, MD, and 15 minutes south of Rehoboth Beach, each offering more choices for shopping, dining and entertainment, including tax-free shopping at Rehoboth’s outlet centers. Bethany is 3 hours from both Baltimore and Washington, DC.

Stayed in this wonderful cottage June 5-June 12, 2010...excellent location to beach...beach was beautiful and private...obtaining a fire permit to have a fire on the beach is well worth it...cottage was very clean, spacious, well organized...small, nice, quiet neighborhood...extremely nice to work with the owner...the weather was sunny and hot...first time at Bethany Beach and it was an overall great week.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
