Great location - a short walk to Wainscott shops & Jitney/Luxury Liner stops. Less than two minutes drive time to ocean beaches and less than 10 minutes to Bridgehampton and East Hampton villages. The property is professionally landscaped and is in keeping with the feel of The Hamptons. Privet hedges surround the pool area and side property and provide total privacy.

This home has been featured in HC&G Magazine, Houses of the Hamptons and Garnet Hill catalog and one look at the photos will tell you why. Antique double doors welcome you into the 3000 square foot Federal-style home. The 18'x36' living room has 2 sets of double French doors that open to the equally spacious screened porch overlooking the pool. A working fireplace in the living room is on the wall opposite the French doors. The living room and the rest of the house are furnished with a mix of very tasteful contemporary, antique and eclectic pieces.

The dining room is sun-filled as well and can accommodate up to 14 seated at the table with extension leaves. The kitchen features an island stovetop housed in a piece of 18th century chestnut, tumbled marble flooring, polished marble countertops, breakfast table and chairs, double oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer and a complement of small appliances. In addition to the regular sink, there is also a butler's sink in the kitchen. The pantry, which is just off the kitchen, houses the laundry facilities as well as a deep "soaking" sink. Also off the kitchen is a full bathroom with tub and shower.

Upstairs is an open hallway which leads to the double-height library with skylight. The library has an in-cabinet 42" flat screen TV, cable access and DVD player.

The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite with an oversized walk-in shower. A 37" flat screen TV with cable access and DVD player is wall-mounted above the fireplace opposite the queen-sized bed. Access to the 2nd floor porch is from the master bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and very comfortable furnishings as does the 3rd bedroom which has 2 twin beds. The twin beds can be arranged to make a comfortable king-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has TV with cable and VCR. These 2 bedrooms share a full bath with tub, shower and jacuzzi. The entire house has wi-fi access.

The whole house is light and airy and the perfect Hamptons home in which to relax with your family and friends. This is not a group house.
