- The Home which was built in 1952 still has some of the Original High Ceilings and Cypress Beams exposed as well as the beautiful Terrazzo Flooring. The spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has all new and high efficiency HVAC, appliances, contemporary bathrooms and windows. Complete renovations and new pool were added in 2008 by Helmet House Construction, Inc. The Master Queen-size Bedroom suite features a dressingroom with two walk-in closets and a stackable Asko Washer/Dryer/linen closet as well as a double sink carrara marble vanity with sunken shower.
