This beautifully renovated neighborhood home provides high quality amenities, central location to beach and intercoastal activities, shopping and dining--all in a village atmosphere. A Florida vacation here, without traffic congestion and towering high rise buildings, truly provides an engaging yet relaxed atmosphere for leisure exploration and personal renewal.

Sit by the heated pool and use your laptop to check email or cruise the internet. A printer/copier/fax machine is supplied in the office next to the comfortable lanai. The living room, with high windows looking out on ancient Live Oak Trees, features a library, large flat screen TV/DVD, a game and dining area, and a wet bar.

The Kitchen, equipped with all new appliances, opens onto the large dining room and flat screen TV off the pool with Cabana and full bathroom supplying a second Asko washer/dryer set for your convenience.

The home is located in the Central Beach Area of Vero Beach where signs are posted protecting the large green sea turtles that migrate annually to lay their eggs. You can walk to everything you need, including gourmet and convenience groceries, bike and kayak rentals, cafes and fine dining. Parks, the beach boardwalk, an art museum and live theatre are all within an easy stroll.

A Marina, tennis complex, and walking trails are all within one half mile of the home. Major stores, movie theaters, and shopping centers are just a short drive over the bridge.

    • The Home which was built in 1952 still has some of the Original High Ceilings and Cypress Beams exposed as well as the beautiful Terrazzo Flooring. The spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has all new and high efficiency HVAC, appliances, contemporary bathrooms and windows. Complete renovations and new pool were added in 2008 by Helmet House Construction, Inc. The Master Queen-size Bedroom suite features a dressingroom with two walk-in closets and a stackable Asko Washer/Dryer/linen closet as well as a double sink carrara marble vanity with sunken shower. The front Queen-sized Guest Bedroom overlooks the extensively landscaped lawn and circle drive with towering Live Oaks. The Guest Bathroom across the hall features a sunken shower with marble vanity. The third Bedroom has Extra-Long Twin Beds and a walk-in closet overlooking the backyard. Cruise ships Port Canaveral is less than 1.5 hours. Port Everglades near Fort Lauderdale is just a little more than two hours. Port of Miami is two hours and 35 minutes.
