This Painted Lady, built in 1901, is one of the original farm houses in Boulder. It is rumored that the house was occupied by a music community in the 70's and frequently visited by members of Firefall and C,S,N and Y. Located on the SKIP bus line, there is convenient transportation to the historic Pearl Street Mall, University of Colorado and downtown businesses. Our home sits on 1/3 acre and our yellow lab, Lance, welcomes visitors that like to play with him.
We live downstairs and the upper level is entirely for rent or you can Rent-by-the-Room. There is a private entrance and all bedrooms lock for privacy. Enjoy the unique character of every room appointed with antique furniture and supplied with linens. All three bedrooms may be available with a special request in advance. If you enjoy the european way of travel...this place is for you! Share a bath and a common room equipped with microwave, fridge, sink and TV.
Why not experience the REAL Boulder? The Three Bears wood carving on our corner is the gateway to North Boulder and Newlands neighborhood. Enjoy your stay.....Colorado Style!

HELLO! We hope that you will find our home as captivating as we have. With a little creativity, we have figured out a way to keep our privacy and still host guests. By
separating our living area from yours, we can still enjoy our wonderful yard and lower floor without much interference from our house guests. We have not installed a kitchen, because we want to insure the safety of ourselves and others. The Victorian charm of the house is appreciated by all that have stayed. We will do whatever we can to make your stay memorable.
