Welcome to 'Paradise at Windsor Court™, where the view to the left is the actual view of the ocean, beach, and pool that you will see from both of your bedrooms, your living room, and your balcony as a guest in our villa. In fact, the view you will see is actually closer than the picture shows it to be (the picture was taken panoramically, which makes things seem further away then they really are). Just imagine waking to that beautiful sunrise (see picture below) each morning of your visit and enjoying the view to the left throughout the day. This villa is so spectacular that each year since 2007 we had guests in it almost 250 days. The first week of every year we freshen up the villa and we add several new features.
In the last two years alone we added new large screen HDTVs and DVDs in the living and both bedrooms, had the living room fully tiled and replaced the carpeting in both bedrooms, had two new ceiling fans (there are now 4 ceiling fans in the villa), added keyless entry, etc. We also added a new Lazy Boy queen sofa bed and love seat and a new entertainment center that made the spacious living room even more wide open and inviting. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, making it ideal for two couples or a family of 4 or 5 (use the Lazy-Boy queen sized sofa bed in the living room for the additional accommodations).
No need for keys. Each guest receives their own personal and secure pass code each time they visit with us.
We are very fortunate to have many families return each year because of the villa's view, its inside decor, and for the detail and care for which we treat our guests. This villa has direct access to the beach, which is a 3-4 minute walk away. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, almost 1500 square foot villa includes a large living room, dining area (with table that comfortably seats six people), kitchen (with plenty of room for two or three people to be cooking at the same time) and in villa utility room (with full sized washer and dryer) located next to the kitchen. This is the villa we most often stay in ourselves when we visit Hilton Head.
During the years we have owned it, we have fully renovated it with all new tile and carpeted floors, new paint throughout, new upscale furniture in both bedrooms, living room, and dining room, etc.
Both bedroom suites have privacy with closet and shower. The master bedroom also has a Jacuzzi tub and a corner desk with 4-in-1 HP printer/fax/copy/scanner.
The living room has a very comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa. For in-villa relaxation, each bedroom and the living room have an HDTV with 90 + channels and DVD. There is also free high speed wireless Internet throughout and unlimited toll free calling in the USA and Canada.
Five things separate our villas from most other villas on Hilton Head Island:
1) We have contracted with a company that inspects the villa between visits to insure it is in top notch shape for your visit. The inspectors are not the cleaning service. They are a separate company that inspects the villa to make sure everything works properly and is clean for your arrival.
2) We have discounts with numerous bicycle and boat rental companies as well as a golf discounter just for our guests.
3) You automatically become a member of our Frequent Guest Club. This entitles you to the previous year's rates on ANY of our properties on every of your return visits to any of our villas, year after year. Membership starts immediately after your visit, so come back later this year or later years and get the previous year's rates.
4) A Welcome Packet that includes directions to the villa, numbers to call if you need anything during your stay, a list of over 60 Hilton Head restaurants, and more.
5) In addition to us being involved owners and available for your needs, we have a local company that will be available 24/7, just in case of emergencies during your visit. If something doesn't work properly during your stay, you call them, and they are there.

My family and I absolutely loved this condo. It was very clean, very spacious and has a great floor plan. It had everything we could ever need and was very comfortable with beautiful furniture. Our 6 year old told us he wanted to move in "forever"! The grounds are well kept and we enjoyed seeing turtles in the pond and a few bunnies around the property. The beach is huge and peaceful and the tidal pools at low tide were great to explore with our 6 yr old. It is a gorgeous area, with beautiful trees and landscaping all around. There are many fun family activities to enjoy and great restaurants and shopping too. We will be back next year!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had such an incredible time. The condo is just beautiful with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The condo was spotless with so many added touches. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

At the last minute our families former springbreak plans fell through...was a blessing in disguise! We found this condo on line, talked with Michael and we were at the beach 48 hours later!! This is our families new "favorite"!! The condo is beautiful with everything you need at your finger tips!! The beach is fabulous, plenty of room to spread out, ride bikes(one of my favorites!),play football,fly kites,build sand castles and boogie-boarding(the kids favorite!). Convienience store within walking or biking distance! The sand dollars are amazing to watch and collected a few! Sunrise on the beach...another favorite! Walmart is on the way to the condo...we were able to grab food, beach chiars, boogie-boards on the way!...there was no need to take the truck anywhere for 5 days!!! Michael was wonderful to work with and very easy to contact! We have already recommended "paradise"" to our friends!!...and prefect for an up coming girls trip!!! Thanks so much! Can't wait to come back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
